Target — Local services in Willmar

I'm not really sure what is going on at the Willmar Target, but it has gone downhill! I am here often so I hope things get better. I'm not sure if it's management, corporate cutting too many hours, employee retention, etc. I have included several pictures that show just a peak at how messy the store is. Every aisle has multiple items that don't belong! These photos are from early to mid AM. People who do this are jerks, but when I come back a week or two later and the soccer ball is still by the chips and the coffee mug is still in the random basket, that is employees doing the bare minimum and poor management. Employees walk by these shelves every day and just ignore the mess. When I worked at Target, we didn't leave until the store was clean. All the employees seem to just be stocking shelves, yet the shelves always seem bare! I'm also not a fan of the self checkout stuff. They either have 1 or zero lanes open. If I want that service, I'll go to Walmart. I'm guessing it's corporate not allowing enough hours to properly...

We purchased an item that was priced wrong. When I got to the car and realized I was charged almost 20 for an item priced at 2.95. I went back in and had to argue with a mgr. Who basically accused me of switching tags. He refused to sell it to me at that price. I told him I have been a retail mgr for years and he was wrong and I would bet him there were many of the same item priced wrong. He went back and checked and radioed up to sell to me at the 2.95. I like your store alot aswell as my 16 year old daughter so she applied there had two interviews all went well then she got a emal saying there was no position for her she was crushed.im saying that you should not give the second interview if your not going to hire.
