Taco Bell — Restaurant in Willmar

I am warning you not to go here late night. You will get food that you won’t even want to finish eating. I have kept trying with this place for 2 months now. I have never got such disgusting fast food in my life ever. The soft tortilla on the tacos isn’t soft, it’s hard cause they don’t warm it or cook it. The nacho fries I ordered were basically regular fries- no seasoning at all. The potatoes in the potato soft tacos were hard to chew because they were so old and dried out-cold. I’ve ordered the new chicken cantina items not once did they give me the green sauce you’re supposed to get. I threw away the potato tacos I got tonight, and promise this is the last time I will go here. It’s one thing to do a bad job, but you guys are going to give people food poisoning serving food that has just been sitting there for hours, the food has been stale and not made to recipe every single time. Out of Taco Bell and Taco John’s, tb is better by far. They are one of the few places in town without fish, (meaning those with fish allergies can get fried items). Taco Bell has only had one unpleasant visit out of all of the times I’ve went which is quite a few. All the tacos are pretty standard filling and reasonably stuffed with cheese and lettuce. The soft shells are occasionally a smidge dry but as a whole pretty good more often than not. My biggest complaint is not nearly enough sauce for large orders (maybe 1-2 packets per taco) as a sauce lover this breaks my heart as I can’t enjoy it with my sides or put as much sauce as I’d like. The staff is friendly and the mobile app is really great when ordering, They have lots of large group deals on menu and on the app. The staff is also pretty accommodating for substitutions and modifications to food. Drinks are always good and completely full. Overall would recommend this...

I'm not sure what happened before my order was placed....but it set in motion the longest amount of time I HAVE HAD TO WAIT ON A FOOD ORDER! 27 minutes from my kiosk receipt.... And my order being done!!! In their defense.. at least the food was made well. The Band-Aid of giving me a piece of paper for a free Taco really didn't cover the 27 minute wait time... But it did help more than a sorry did.

Hopefully they never show this level of incompetence again... As I like Taco Bell and it's mystery food... But you shouldn't have to wait almost a half hour for it... It's a real shame that people get paid what they do these days to be so inept at something that's pretty simple.. just have to be fast... And not make mistakes.
