If I could rate a zero star I would! We came here to the new willmat location about a month ago and found a peanut butter cup in our fruit blizzard (daughter had peanut allergy and we requested they do a quick clean like we do at any other DQ) they apologized and remade. No big deal. Decided to try again today and worst expierence ever. Ordered a fruit blizzard. Found some type of chocolate chunk in it. I politely asked if they could remake and do a quick rinse of the machine. I had some lady come to my table and gave me a snotty apology and told me "we don't guarentee that there wont be any cross contimation with our food. My son has a peanut allergy too and we don't bring him anywhere that there is peanuts" I informed her I was aware of their policy and thats why we come on NON Peak times so the staff can rinse the machine. This was something an employee at another DQ told me to ask if we eat at a restaurant. She responded with "well we wiped down the machine for you" ok cool, thanks..They remade our blizzard. 3 bites into it I bite into another peice of chocolate.. As I walk back to the counter again the same lady won't even look at me. The guy who made my blizzard said "I made this myself I didn't put that there" obviously they did not clean the machine like they told me they did. TWICE. I asked to just get a cup of plain ice cream and was not offered any compensation for their attitide or mistakes. I understand it's our risk to eat out anywhere with allergies but to have staff be so inadequately trained on how to properly clean and to be to completely rude about the situation was very sad. Read moreSo the details of my experience... I went there today earlier with a person that I work with. That person is site impaired. They wanted to order a large Coke. We were at the drive-thru I ordered the Coke for the person. The price for the coke would have been $5 plus. My person doesn't have that kind of money for Coke to be that much money. So we turned it down. So later today I'm working with a different person. My other person wanted to go to the dairy Queen as well to pick up an item. When we arrived we ordered the food It came to the window. The manager also came to the window and requested whether or not I was the one who ordered a pop earlier in the day and turn down the $5 pop and left. I said yes. The manager then proceeded to tell me something there was very cool about the menu board out in front of the drive-thru. I said what's that? He said The prices are on the menu. So I explain to him that I was with a person who was visually impaired and had just asked me to order the coke. No more no less. When the person heard the price they changed their mind. The manager was being very condescending. And made an issue out of me not picking up a coke. For a person who was visually impaired when they made the order . The manager was rather condescending in his attitude and kind of smug with his responses. If you want good customer service don't go to the store go to an across town there's another dairy Queen over on highway 12 I suggest you go there if you want good customer service don't go to the store go somewhere else. Read moremy friends asked for water cups and they got pop in them, which yes you’re usually not supposed to do but usually fast food places don’t care, besides that, when the manager gave us our food he saw they got pop in the free water cups, so he told them to go up front to pay for it, they had to pay over $6 for a small free water cup, that is more expensive than a normal small drink. the manager also was judging us and asking our favorite colors since we had black clothes on, and denying our favorite color saying it was black since that’s what we had on. before this happened, i’d go through the drive through and every time he was the speaker it made me feel uncomfortable since he would joke around making me feel dumb if i ordered incorrectly, when all i want is to just get food and go, but he has to judge how you order everytime. i’ve noticed all the other workers are nice and respectful, but then tall white manager with a beard has a weird attitude everytime me or my...
