I wish if I could not give a star, I have been going to Cleveland clinic since 2014 I meet some excellent doctors and some worse doctors and last but not least doctors who lies, on the 3/17/2023 I cam to this urgent care with chest pain the doctor came in she ask questions I answer then she told me that they do not have the equipment to do a EKG so she is going to send me to the ER she gave me a pink card and said to me am going to write my note , I even said thank you I leave and went to the ER as I was told , now I was reading this doctor note and for her to say in her note that she offer me to go in the ambulance and I politely decline that is such a lie and said I elope from the urgent care and used my private vehicle this doctor did not introduce me to any ambulance smh ,this world is so corrupt and with corrupt people if I can help it I would never want to see this doctor any more Cleveland clinic is losing a lot of patient because of incompetent and corrupt doctors that lies to let them self look good as a patient we are people and we have feelings and that’s the reason we go see doctors because us patient we believe in the doctors to have some competent and empathy towards the patient but as far as I can see, it’s just for money may God have mercy upon us all ,and specifically we as patient I know the doctors is not God, but he gave them knowledge, wisdom, and understanding to become a doctor and we are doing our part to seek and find and that’s the reason why we go...

WOW, with a name like Cleveland clinic, you know it has to be good, right? Wrong! What a hot mess. The receptionist was cold and unfriendly. Was told to wait on waiting room, which we did, for over an hour. Finally got called back into the room, and was seen by an extremely loud young lady. I came there with ear pain, and every word she spoke was jabbing my ear canal. I politely asked her to lower her voice, which she didn't. She was rushed and did not listen to my answers. She asked what pharmacy we use, and I told her Marc's in willowick. The paperwork said the Rx was sent to Chardon. The list of medications were a mile long and I only take 4, daily, not the dozen or so listed. Then there was a doctor appointment in December, which I don't have an appointment. It's highly unorganized and unprofessional. Wouldn't go back. I only went there because my PCP is booked solid for a few weeks and I'm in need of care now. I should have waited for my doctor,...

Long wait times, which I kind of expected. But I waited 3 hours with my son, finally got into a room. The nurse was loud and rude. Rushed the whole thing and barely gave me time to speak. She kept wanting to speak to my son, who is mentally disabled, which I explained to her twice but she chose not to listen and just look my child with a blank stare when he didn't respond to her. When I tried to explain his symptoms she litterally walked out in the middle of me still talking and loudy talled over me to let me know the doctor would be in when "he has time". Doctor was super fast and spent maybe 2 minutes in the room. He was a little more friendly than the nurse but still seemed like he didnt have time for us. I wish I never came here.
