My group had an awful experience here. The server was nice enough, but incompetent. Our drink order was interrupted by an appetizer being slammed onto the table by someone who was gone as fast as they came. It wasn't ours, we were still ordering our drinks. Once it was sent to the right table, we finished our drink order, which then wasn't fulfilled until after our order was placed and we asked about them again. While placing their order one of our party had to repeat their entree, how it was cooked, and the dressing because the server was still writing the last order when she asked for the next person's selection. The drinks did not taste like they were made correctly. Whether it was the amount or what was in it, I don't know, but they weren't like anything I've had from any Texas Roadhouse previously. The fried onion thing had a puddle of grease in the bottom so the lower half was super oily with breading falling off. When we got our food, we placed another drink order, it took about 15 minutes. While we were waiting for the drinks we found that the ribeye came rare and smothered, it was supposed to be medium and not smothered. The strip came medium well on one side and medium rare on the other, it was supposed to be rare and the steakhouse salad came with the wrong dressing (you know, the one that had to be repeated). The ribeye was taken back and came back out overdone. The strip was taken back and off the check. This was all bad enough as the three of us just worked for 12 hours and our dinner took an extra half an hour between the screwed up food and glacial drink service, but if you mess up the food, don't ask if I want it fixed. Just fix it. I ordered something, and am paying for it. Deliver it, preferably the first time but at least at some point. I'm not telling you my $20-30 entree is wrong because it feels good to get it off my chest. It's because I want it fixed since it's not what I asked for. Why go, "Well, would you like me to take it back?". Obviously.
I wouldn't have left a review if you'd taken the food back and fixed it (properly) when it was brought to your attention. Despite the drinks being awful and slow, the server's ineptness, and the dirty silverware. Like couldn't chip it off with a fingernail stuck on gross stuff. Soak your silverware before washing and check them when you roll...
Read moreEDIT: DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! 11 MONTHS LATER (AUG. 16TH TODAY) AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT. I GUESS THEY ONLY RESPOND TO GLOWING REVIEWS OR REVIEWS THAT ARE MILDLY BAD BECAUSE THEY HAVE RESPONDED TO OTHERS POSTED AFTER MINE BUT THEY IGNORE MINE. PATHETIC. THEY CLEARLY DON’T CARE!!
Ordered for pickup on my way home Friday Sept. 29 for my girlfriend's birthday. Pickup scheduled for 6:30pm. Order wasn't ready until 6:38pm. One of our items was a 14oz Ft. Worth Ribeye cooked medium rare. Problem is, it was RARE! And calling in to talk to a manager about it is damned near impossible especially on a weekend night due most likely to how busy they are. Waiting on hold for 10 minutes or much longer is ridiculous. But $25 for a steak that is undercooked is just plain unacceptable. This was the 1st time we ordered there since Mother's Day when we ordered their big dinner special to go with the prime rib and we had the exact same problem: undercooked! We talked to a manager about that incident when it happened and they didn't do a damn thing about it. But yesterday was my girlfriend's birthday and she wanted Texas Roadhouse so we got that. And they screwed up my steak again so I don't know if they're rushing to get orders out and don't cook it long enough or if their cooks just don't know the real difference between rare and medium rare. Either way, when I'm paying good money for a medium rare ribeye, that's what I should get. If you order the ribeye and you like it medium rare, order it medium and hope you get it the way you actually want it. As for me, I doubt I'll ever order another ribeye from there again. Especially after they didn't give a damn for screwing up Mother's Day dinner and that was over $100 with everything we ordered. It's sad really. I like their food but I can't justify spending that kind of money when they don't or simply can't cook it the way I want it and it makes things worse when you get ZERO RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT...
Read moreEdit: Three years later nothing has changed. In fact this place has gotten worse. I join the waitlist on the app because it's a 20 minute drive from where we live to the restaurant and usually wait times are 30+ minutes. Immediately after joining the waitlist I always call so I can specify that we need a table and not a booth. They took 10 minutes to answer the phone and when someone finally did they placed me right back on hold and never picked up again. We parked at the restaurant and waited for the notification to come inside. I was still on hold while we walked in and there were 4 people just standing at the hostess desk chatting and laughing. Absolutely horrible customer service. Not a care in the world that they'd kept me on hold listening to awful music on repeat for 20 minutes. When we finally got seated we waited another 10 minutes for drinks and bread, and another 10 minutes for our server to ask if we wanted an appetizer. We watched her walk around and stand around most of the time just ignoring us. She clearly did not want to be there. 45 minutes after we were seated we finally got our appetizer. The restaurant wasn't even busy. It was steady but not packed. From what we saw of the staff (including managers) they were just too busy socializing to do any actual work. Only the bussers were consistently working and not chatting. Unfortunately I've given up on this location. We won't bother coming back.
Original Review: Have tried several times to eat here but they are not accommodating to people with disabilities who need a table instead of a booth. Each time I call and specify a table is needed, I’m told the only 2 tables they have in the entire restaurant are reserved for large parties, and the wait will be up to 2 hours. This is unfair to people with disabilities. Why do you have tables set aside for large parties, but nothing set aside for people with...
