Im going to be nice as far as Matt the manger he was nice as far as his lying employee ja' kobe (who would even name their kid that) told him that a price wasn't the rt price 10.99 to 8.99. They had a sale 2 for 12 dollars he didn't tell him that. I told him that I appreciate that he lowered it but I would rather you honor the sale. Ja'kobe decide to be a donkey and said no. Im glad we both think your manger is nice but you were scared to call him back for some reason. But when I came back in after taking a picture of the store I was called weird by ja'kobe. I asked him while taking a picture of the product did he call me weird and he said yes. He said that I was rude for asking for the sale price. I wish I had caught that part but Ja'kobe cheese cleaned his act up real quick when he realized he was being recorded. BTW he would NOT tell me his name so I had to walk towards the cheese man and look at his crunchy uniform name lol. Anyways I will not be treated like that and kobe learn customer service. Honor the price YOU GUYS ARE SELLING IT FOR! It's weird to pay for a product for the right price? Got it. Im going to auto zone they honor the military as well. No wonder no one is ever at this...
Read moreI give this please a one star because they couldn’t help a college student trying to get home back to Cincinnati temporarily fix his car. The issue with the car was the pipe to the catalytic converter had detached off. Then of the retail people told my son that zip tie or wire hanger would not work that bungee cord would be the best option. well guess what? My son couldn’t even go 5 miles without the bungee cord snapping. It’s pretty sad that this store would not help a college student who doesn’t know much about cars help him temporarily Pat his car with a wire hanger to form a hanger so that this kid could drive home for the holidays , and get his car fixed in Cincinnati I would like to say to that retail person you really need to be fired because you don’t know what the hell...

New brakes, sway bar links, and tie rod ends for the family...
