With all eyes on you on your wedding day, selecting a hair and makeup team was one of the most important decisions I had to make, and I couldn’t be more thrilled that I chose the Mane Chic team. I had actually already contracted another Cleveland-based company for hair and makeup prior to engaging Mane Chic, and I was looking for a replacement due to what seemed like lack of quality service from my initial vendor. From my very first conversation with the CEO, Bree, I knew I was in good hands. She devoted time and attention to the specifics of my wedding so I really felt like a valued client. Any time there was an issue with service or scheduling throughout the trial process she immediately resolved the situation with the utmost professionalism.

And for the services themselves - wow. I worked with Grace for makeup and Elyse and Hailey for hair and I can honestly say I wouldn’t change a thing. I had a couple makeup mishaps between the ceremony and reception and was worried I’d need a total redo, but Grace was so calm and assured me everything would be perfect, which of course it was. And Elyse and Hailey nailed both of my hair styles. Elyse gave me such a beautiful boho updo in the morning that I almost didn’t want to wear my veil because I didn’t want to cover it, but Hailey was so incredible at jumping in under a huge time crunch to pin my veil and tikka for my Indian ceremony that I knew I was in the best hands with both of them. I got to see Hailey again in the afternoon for my second look. I wanted a half updo Hollywood wave style, something totally different than my ceremony look, so I was worried we’d be short on time or I’d need to wash my hair to get the right curls. Instead, she completely transformed my style and clipped in a whole set of extensions with total ease and perfection! Seriously - I think I had the dream team.

Kayla and Elyse from Mane Chic were an absolute dream team for our wedding day!

Elyse did both my hair and makeup as the bride, and I couldn’t have been happier. She also styled the rest of the bridal party’s hair, and every single person looked incredible. She suggested I rent extensions through Mane Chic, and it was 100% the right call, it took my look from pretty at the trial to full-on Pinterest-worthy on the big day. My hair (which never holds a curl) lasted the entire night, even through a June Ohio heatwave! My makeup was equally flawless and stayed put all day long.

Kayla was just as amazing so sweet, professional, and talented. She worked beautifully with all ages, from the bridesmaids to our moms and even my grandma. Everyone looked and felt their best, thanks to her!

They stayed on schedule the entire morning and had everyone ready right on time for pre-ceremony photos, no stress, no delays, just calm and confidence.

I had trouble finding a hair stylist for my wedding back in October and it was very last minute but I found Mane Chic on instagram and luckily they had my date available! Everyone at Mane Chic was super sweet and booking my day was so easy and simple. I had Carly as my hairstylist and she was so amazing! She did a great job listening to my needs and concerns about my hair. I got a trial run done and wanted a few changes for the big day and she did it exactly how I wanted it to look. I really appreciated her coming in early and not rushing on my hair, taking the extra time to make sure it stays perfect and lasts all day. Also my veil didn’t fall out a single time which I know a lot of brides are afraid of happening because I know I definitely was since my hair is very silky.
