Willow Crossing Townhomes — Local services in Willow Park

We paid $5,000 to get in to these townhomes. We are in disbelief after the issues that have come up. No one actually runs these townhomes. There is no leasing office. There seems to be no management company. The maintenance seems to be outsourced. We have no clue who is running this property. No one is on premise, no one is actually here. There is no office. Whoever is, is doing a very poor job. We paid a high amount as I stated above and these townhomes when you look at them appear to be in the luxury variety but move in and within 24 hours you'll find that they are shotty construction poorly designed and constructed. We have had three floods in the 48 hours we have lived here. When we arrived and had our att&t guy out tool transfer our service to this address, there was no fiber line or internet wired to this unit so he had to wire a line in the ground, across our unit and drill into the brick to install. The grass in the backyard is dead and basically dirt with a drain in the center that does not work and puddles water in the center leaving the yard not usable. The shelves inside the cabinets in the kitchen are missing, we reported that when we moved in via the website they provided and we have not heard anything. New apartments or rentals usually have a check list of items in the house that you see have issues and you submit within 48-72 hours so that you are not liable when you move out or so that they can get corrected. That doesn't exit here with these townhomes.

I sit here on our second night after move in with four fans blowing loudly to dry the flooded floors, at almost 11 pm on Mother's Day and all I can say is I am super super disappointed.

Poor build on the townhomes and poor poor management service. No maintenance on site no manager on site. You pay $85 a month for mowing? We don’t even have grass. The entire community does not have green grass since we moved in last summer. The walls are paper thin you hear your neighbors talking, coughing oh and forget if they have children or dogs your life is miserable. If your neighbor goes up and down the stairs, it sounds like a herd. If you have the master down and the bedrooms up you hear every step people take upstairs. My teens have to remove she’s before going upstairs due to the sound from my room. And yes, as Ashely mentioned below when we moved in, there were spiders roaches bugs all over the townhouse. It was absolutely filthy, and the floors are lifting and upstairs they are uneven. The AC had issues with the duct system. The dryer vent get stopped up a lot because it is built to go up through the roof. It’s just been a mess no real solution from anyone. Oh and forget the auto lock on your front door. Still doesn’t work after the third install and don’t have a key to my front door. Moved in August 2024 And if you’d like to go on your patio and have some peace and quiet, forget it because the baseball games you hear screaming parents all during the season and bright lights coming through your windows because they leave the ballpark lights on late at night This is just so anyone thinking to move here has a clear picture...

This property has had 4 different management companies since I’ve lived here (2 years). Every other week they have no Ike’s that they want you to follow, you have to pay for a park and a dog fence even if you don’t have a use for these (amenities, as they call it). We had a community bulletin board where we could talk to other neighbors but they took that down because we are all fed up with not getting responses on our work orders, emails from the property etc. I guess they didn’t like that we were all getting together and venting about our issues and concerns. This place is over priced.. might be worth it if we had a pool. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here. The turnover rate for the staff and maintenance is so high. Seems like new people every month. This company actually got fired from another property in Weatherford because the community came together and went to the owners and threaten to move out. This place is a trash. They may look nice but they were built poorly....
