They prepared my order for pick up on many occasions. Very convenient when going out with infants. Meat is decent but sometimes not trimmed properly. Today I tried to set up a pickup for a whole beef tenderloin when out shopping with my kids. I could hear someone in the background being mouthy about cutting it without me being there. I explained I was with my kids and they have prepared orders in the past for me. Lady said ok. Showed up 44 minutes later and they didn’t have it cut, they wouldn’t cut. I've been happy with the selection that Rudy's meets has. I appreciate their customer service. The one thing that dropped a star for me is that twice I purchased products that had passed their expiration date and one that was expiring in a day and had not noticed until I was at home with the product wondering why it didn't taste fresh.

They need to pay more attention to this. So, a word to the wise, if you're going to buy anything off their shelves and not out of the fresh meat, poultry, and deli case, pay attention to expiration dates.

See what real meat is supposed to taste like! Will never buy meat from a large grocery again. You pay a little more but the quality it is amazing! See for yourself. Buy a boneless chicken breast from Giant Eagle and from Rudy's and do a taste test. Even their ground meat tastes better. Plus they have all kinds of different types of home made sausage.
