Very impressed!!! I was on the schedule for a month out, after being attacked by my bull and knocked unconscious, I called to see if there was anyway they could get me on the schedule sooner. They said they'd make it happen and to bring him that day! I was very impressed with how clean and neat each package was packed into boxes. They were all very kind and friendly, I love seeing whole families working and pulling together in harmony! They were also the cheapest butcher I could find in east Texas but that didn't change the quality of their work!
