Taco Bell — Restaurant in Emory

I don’t typically leave bad reviews because I understand that orders can get mixed up or something gets left out from time to time. However, today my order was completely wrong, so I pulled into a parking place outside the restaurant doors and called to let them know. I had just spent 25-30 minutes in the line for 4 cars, have a baby in the backseat crying for nap, and was hoping they could fix my order and run it to the door so I could step out of my car while watching my child and grab it. The lady told me to get back in the line. There were 4-5 cars there, so I explained the time crunch and told her that with a baby, I could not wait another 30 minutes. Explained that I was in a car outside the door and asked if they could take the food to the door. She said they would not. And that I could come back another day and they would fix it. I said I’m sorry, this is my lunch, I can’t do that. (My husband has already had two orders in the last 6 months wrong, where they “put his name down” to come back, and when he did, they had “no record”). She said then she can’t help me. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. I said surely it wouldn’t hurt to walk the bag to the door where I can get it from my car. She said that since they were “so slow” if she did that it would make them slower. Which I do not understand, they should have several workers, and it’s one less car in line. I told her I would go higher and call a customer service number instead. She said “you go ahead”. My husband ordered through the drive-thru tonight with the most simple order for 2. We ordered the number 8 DLT combo with a small Baja blast freeze, an order of cinnamon twists, as well as a Mexican pizza with 2 Supreme DLT's and a large Dragon Fruit Brisk Tea. First of all, when he ordered the twists, they asked 2pk or 12pk. Confused, he said 2pk. However, when he got home with the order, as we were pulling out the food, we noticed we didn't get the cinnamon twists at all, they gave us the Cinnabon delights. Secondly, all the DLT's were soggy, the lettuce was brown on some of them, and there was more shell than there was any meat, cheese or lettuce. The 2 that were supposed to be Supreme, weren't even Supreme, they were not even regular, they were absolutely below average. Most DLT's we have gotten from here, are filled to the brim of the shell, but these ones tonight were poorly made and poorly filled. The Mexican pizza was extremely soggy, and we dont even live that far from this location. We tend to love the food we get from here, but tonight it was definitely not up to par. Never will be back 2nd time I've been that I've had bad service! Ordered off app Thursday night for it to be ready at 830 got there at 834 only to find out they didn't even start it yet.. we ordered 2 taco/burrito party packs with meat n cheese only. The portion of meat that was on them was very small could fit it on a teaspoon and the hard shells tasted Stale and majority was all broken . Workers were very rude and ignored me multiple times. They didn't put meat on 2 hard tacos that came with a combo! Somehow no meat was put on recipt for one but not the other I confronted them about it only guy that came up to front was drive Thru guy and he was the nicest one there.. I went back to get a recipt And everyone ignored me... after mins of waiting someone finally came up front mind u no one was in lobby except me n they all new I was there and I had to go back in for sauce even tho it...
