Stopped in while driving thru Emory. Thought I would give them a try. Stood in the line for a bit before someone acknowledged me. Some of the sides looked a little dried out. I got the 2 meat plate (brisket & sausage) with potato salad and bbq beans. The brisket was tender and super delicious, full of flavor. I wasn't thrilled with the sausage, seemed a little dry and not much flavor. I especially enjoyed the potato salad, reminded me of what my wife makes. 2 thumbs up for the potato salad and brisket. The bbq sauce was flavorful but I feel it needed to be a little thicker, seemed to be really thinned down. Atmosphere was visually cool, really needed some music though. I'm likely to stop in again and give the Chicken Fried Steak a shot.

First impressions are very cute decor and friendly staff! Was served by Cheyenne, who was attentive and very friendly! She recommended the cowboy beans (a must try) and the mashed potatoes (also amazing). The owner even stopped by to check in on my group, and was also kind! With a group of over 10, we were served really quickly! I had sausage plate with cowboy beans and mashed potatoes, all for a great price! Overall great service and experience! Will come again!

Best Bar-B-Q in East Texas! Just traveling through, picked this place randomly on Google, and was so thrilled that we stopped. The brisket was heavenly, the sides were all delicious, and my buddy says his three-meat po-boy was incredible (he obviously didn't offer to share any). I will be making an effort to travel through here again just for this dining experience.

First time here not very impressed. But being a local restaurant I will come back for another try with a different selection.... hopefully a better experience Barbeque sauce was excellent UPDATE! I gave this place a second chance today and I will never go back. For a mere $10 you too can purchase a sandwich and the absolute smallest container of nasty raw okra I've ever seen!!!! After I pulled out I went back around to the window and told the lady I didn't get my okra. She said you didn't get that white container with the okra!? I said wait a minute. I thought that tiny tiny container was BBQ sauce. I looked and sure enough, NO BBQ sauce and a half full tiny container of raw masked okra. I expressed my concern and the young lady couldn't have cared less. I said I would never be back and her sweet professional response was "ok"...so...

This was our last visit, we ordered the ausome blossom for appetizer which came out with sandwiches. The blossom was raw in very strong raw onion that I asked them to cook it longer if possible. She returned it to kitchen and we tried our sandwiches. My burger was cooked so much it was dry. My partners chicken sandwich had an old oil smell and flavor so strong she ate a few bites and lost her appetite. They returned the automatic blossom and it was fully cooked almost burnt. Old oil flavor was very strong we could not eat it and gave it back. Waitress said she agreed, she said she already told cook they smelled bad and he needed to change the oil. But she still served them. We ate a third of our burger, 3 bites of chicken sandwich. She took onion off the bill but it still cost 30 bucks for poor...
