Preface: I absolutely love Anna and the overall salon experience / ambiance. This review is based on Cindy alone.
I've been serviced by Cindy 3 times now and each time I go to her something has aggravated me. First visit, although I've seen Anna before, she kept saying I was a new customer but I was not.
Second visit, my phone died and I told her I'd cash app her once I charged my phone. She very pushily tried to make me charge my phone at the salon so she could make sure I tipped her. I tipped her when I got home and with my phone charged like I said I would.
Third visit, she brought the second visit up and said I never tipped her and I had to show her the cash app (that she replied with a heart to btw) and then she says "oh you're Donna?!". Like, I get it. Everyone wants their tip but even if I didn't tip it's not required. Also during this visit when I was checking out, Anna said the price was $35 but Cindy charged me $40. When I asked her the difference she said it was because I had gel removed. Anna literally stood next to her and explained to another customer that the price of the pedicure was $30 and price for gel removal was $5 - $35 total. I'm 100% sure Cindy charged me $40 to ensure she'd get a tip even though I showed her I tipped her last time. Not only that, she's so busy looking at every other customer in the salon and in everyone else's conversation that she's only ever paying half attention to what I'm asking her to do. I needed a gel fill and it was $45 which is a bit expensive since i requested as short as she could cut my acrylic nails. It for sure felt like they favor their regulars clients.The fill itself was not that bad. I was seated fast but I did not get offered the nail color book until my nails were done and i felt rushed to pick a color. I asked her for help between two colors and she said I don't pick a color. It was time to pay she couldn't wait for me to pull cash app up on my phone and as soon as i walked away to scan on the front desk someone else was sitting in the chair i was in. Read moreDisappointed with the customer service. I called and made an appointment. When I arrived three people were waiting. They took all of them before me. 15 minutes later they put me in the pedicure chair, and a woman started the water and said it would be a little while. Another customer came in and the woman told me that woman had an appointment with her, so I'd have to wait for someone else. I said I also had an appointment- at this point 30 minutes prior. She said you have an appointment with the store, she has one with me. I was left sitting with my feet in the water for 30 minutes. My pedicure started 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
