La Belle Studio — Local services in Wilmington

I had my first facial at la belle today and while the facial itself was fine, it started late and was cut short which was really disappointing since it’s not something I do regularly and I was really looking forward to it. My appt was scheduled for 12pm but I didn’t actually go back to the room until 12:15pm because she was running late. The facial didn’t actually start until at least 10 minutes later and was over by 1pm. When I told her at checkout that the facial was great but no where near as long as I expected, she offered me 10% off and explained that the dermaplane facial can be anywhere from 45-60. Okay but that needs to be clearly communicated on the front end because I probably would have picked a different service even if it meant paying a little more. And also, the facial was not even 45 mins. Hate giving a 3 star review because I really liked her and there was nothing wrong with the facial itself. It just felt very rushed which was...

I had my first eyebrow wax today and initially thought the location was clean and very nice. My tech was also nice and I appreciated that she wore gloves through the whole appointment. I loved my eyebrows when I left they were exactly what I wanted. I realized when I washed my face later that a decent portion of my right eyebrow was cut off, I didn't notice during the time of the appointment because the tech filled them in for me. Its very noticable and I'm going to have to fill them in everyday until it hopefully grows back. I thought I found a winner but I'll be looking elsewhere. The photos below show as soon as they were done, the left brow that was waxed correctly, and the right brow that is missing a part of the tail after the arch.
