Opa! Opa! — Restaurant in Wilmington

We arrived at 6:30 pm and the place was empty so that’s a clue right there but we decided to try it anyway. A wrap will set you back for over $12.00 and it comes with fries but if you decide to substitute the fries for salad you’ll be charged extra $5 despite losing the fries that come with it so you might as well take the fries home and just pay for the extra salad. The gyro meat looks like it was held in a warmer because the wrap itself was cold and the gyro meat was cold too wrapped in a cold salad and that’s not how gyros should be eaten. The chicken gyro was pretty bad too because there was a foul smell from the chicken( pardon the pun) . This is usually because the chicken quality is not good and we know this because we have been involved in very successful restaurants ourselves and we can cook many types of cuisines very well. One doesn’t mind paying over over $28 for two wraps but at least it has to be good quality meat and presented hot . We will definitely not visit this place again and it is not a place for people who know about good food . Staff are polite and the place is clean but the food...

Terrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered online though the website for pick up and when I arrived at the restaurant I noticed there was a huge sign with a special price for what I ordered. I asked the lady who was at the register if I could have the special price for the day as I paid full online price. I was greeted with a very condescending and dismissive tone that toldme to cancel with door dash. I reiterated many times that I ordered through the restaurant website and there was no door dash option to cancel. Nor were there any door dash logos or signs that indicted door dash was involved. The lady even ran though the options on my phone on the reciept only to be surprised herself that the only option for customer service was their store number. I further asked what they could do to honor the special price and she again dismissively said NOTHING and to call next time. I'm happy to say there won't be a next time as no one should be treated this way especially when you have a huge sign our front marketing a special price yet...

I was craving a cheese steak and it was after 7PM. Guadiellos was closed sadly so I tried to go online to order but you have NO WAY to add the condiments and explain how you want your food cooked so I called and ordered. The girl kept saying "what" like I was speaking in French and once the order was placed I asked for a total and it was 2 bucks more than online, but fries came with it. She said 10 minutes so I scurried on over JUST to get lukewarm fries with Kraft cheese whiz, (I hate that stuff) cheese had already started to harden and a uninspired cheese steak. It was dry AF and I wasn't a fan of the quality of the meat. This is a big NO for a cheese steak or fries!!! I ate half and gave the other half to my cat. Fries were discarded!
