I just had worst experience dealing with Allan the store Manger. Who was very dismissive and condescending. I purchased bedroom set and was told that I had two days to pick it up which pushed it to the Saturday or Sunday. I informed them that I can pick it up Sunday. They stated that will be fine, however when I go to retrieve the item today, I was informed that they don’t do pick up on Sundays by Allan, he stated very matter of fact I don’t know what Arthur told you but we don’t. I explained the other Manger on duty, stated it would be fine. He then proceed to say “Well I’m going to have to talk to him about that” I guess power trip.. Now Arthur was very sincere with his apology about the confusion and even offered to break down the set. Allen looked at him and said no, explaining staffing issues and why hutch the warehouse guy didn’t break it down Friday and next time don’t leave him a note tell him personally. Now I’m frustrated at this point because I don’t care about the staffing issues, when I explained that I have the movers here n now I’m going to have to pay the twice at $125 Allan look at me with a smirk and said oh come back tomorrow.. After I explained to this rude unprofessional manger that wasn’t a option I did the next best thing and walked out before I made French fries out of his Mr. Potato Head look a$$, if he would’ve got off his phone and really tried to assist me. I could have my bedroom set now and not have to sleep on floor tonight, since I painted and gave alway the other bedroom set this morning.. If the price wasn’t so good I would’ve cancelled whole order.. I hope the regional manger see these because Allan really ain’t want to be at work day

While the store in Wilson is great and very nice, your delivery team is absolute trash. My husband was out of town and I had purchased a tempurpedic mattress and new bedframe to go with it along with headboard, the whole nine. I thought they had put it together and wasn't sure what the rails were and screws that were left on the floor. I sat on it after a couple hours and the side part started bowing out. My husband came home and said they didn't put the rails in so everything just fell to the floor and now sags to one side and we are not big people. Can't believe I even tipped these guys $50 for absolutely nothing! I didn't know what I was looking for when I signed that I was satisfied so I feel like I was taken advantage of because I really didn't know. So now my husband had to take everything apart and is in there now fixing this $5000 bed that I have had for less than a week! Also, all the bolts were loose and could have caused a head injury in the next few days because we would have crashed to the floor and the headboard would have slammed on our heads. Not one was tight. Either you have lazy delivery people or you need to retrain them in how to put stuff together because with all of the money I have spent at this store, this is completely unacceptable

The store experience was amazing! The store experience was amazing! However the delivery was awful a couple of days after I got my bed delivered the bottom fell out and when I lifted the mattress up there were many parts that had not been put together. Now I have no clue what to do bc the mattress is heavy and there are parts of the bed that aren’t put together. Also they were supposed to take my old mattress and the delivery men said someone else would do it. Edit it has been over a month and Ashley sent someone out 4 days later but still did not have the correct parts. Now they keep sending me Random parts in the mail??? I guess they want me to fix it myself? And they are sending me coupons. I will never buy from such a unethical company again. It will be better just to buy something only and get a family member to put it together. Also please note If I fix it myself it voids the warranty which is probably what they are hoping I do to wash their hands of this.

Brian was a great salesman and helped us get approved for financing and get the dining set we wanted. We had our table delivered in 2-3 days which was great.

2 weeks after it being delivered the table went on sale- which was unfortunate as we had been eyeing this table since November. It was on for 1500 but went back up to 2000 and now back down again for 1500. We called to see about a price match as their policy states they will price match within 30 days. The store owner said to call customer service that he cannot do doing anything since the table has been delivered. Customer service said to call the store owner. Clearly they don't stand by their policies. We ended up paying 2300 dollars for a table- had I just waited 2 weeks I could have said over 500$. Really annoying.

Another thing I don't understand is the store manager told me if it had not been delivered yet he could change the price? I am not asking for a new table set. I am asking for a price change in regards to your policy listed on your website. The table will remain the same. Delivered or not delivered you should be honoring the price change- I am keeping the same table not asking for a refund or a change in product. Ridiculous.

We were looking to purchase a couch with them as well but I will take my business elsewhere. Unfortunate because I have been a long time Ashley customer in Canada and the US. I have spent at least $20,000 there in the last 5 years. Not anymore.

Overall 5 stars for Brian & the financing guy who helped us- cant remember his name. But not for Ashley themselves. Not impressed with the...

We went in June 2021 to order a mattress set and a bed. At first we were treated wonderful. The only person there with excellent customer service skills is Adrian. He’s wonderful! That’s the only thing I can say great. On another note here it is February 2022 and we have yet to receive our furniture. We had been lied to by their customer service team. In June 2021 we were told by Miranda that we would receive our bed between August 2021-September 2021. They have never contacted us. It was always us contacting Ashley for a estimated date of arrival. Still no date. We have been in store 6 times and have called customer service a million times. Still no date. We had been told that they have all our pieces but our footboard. We walked in store last week only to be told they don’t have anything. That’s it’s a possibility that our furniture didn’t pass quality inspection. My question is how didn’t it pass quality inspection if you recently had all merchandise except our footboard. Then the representative in the store gave us a date of February 8 for delivery. Only to call and find out it has been pushed back to mid April. I spoke with the manager a while back and he offered me a discount but at this point I don’t even care to do business with them. If you’re looking for furniture, this is not the place to go unless you’re planning on moving in 2 years. I had to give them 1 star to leave a review but if I could leave none I would!! I definitely would not recommend this company...
