Subway — Restaurant in Wilson

Absolutely awful. I order from this location often or rather I did. I placed an online order in which I used a coupon from a mailer only to be called five minutes before it was ready to be told that they did not offer Subway Melts at this location. I replied that was okay and just to fix the sandwich cold because I’d already been charged for it. I was then told that the price was wrong and they couldn’t complete the order, even though it was accepted through the app. All franchise’s are supposed to honor the app; if an item is not available at a location it’s supposed to be indicated in the app. But, now I have to wait 24-48 hours for my money to go back on my card. Do not order online from this location and expect them to honor anything that the corporation sends out. It seems they set their own prices. I was told when I called back to speak with a manager on duty that they were engaged in more important things and wouldn’t be available until Monday to speak with me. So be aware that this location may not offer what you order online and that your coupons don’t mean anything at this location. This was probably the worst subway I’ve been to.. I placed an online order and I got a call from the store about 10 minutes later to be told that they are out of turkey I ask the lady if there was anyway for my order to be transferred to another location and she had no knowledge on anything with the subway app and told me I would have to call subway online.. I ended up going into the store to find that there was about 20 gnats flying around, the “cut” vegetables looked old and they were about out of a lot of things the store over all is just nasty looking. Absolutely horrible!!!!! Corporate subway should be ashamed to call this place a sandwich shop!!! I ordered the #6 the boss, It should be called the allll bread no meat whimp sub.
