SNIPES — Local services in Wilson

Terrible customer service at this location! I purchased shoes and gifted them to my boyfriend the next morning. The weren’t for him. We went to Snipes again that day to return the shoes. They had not been worn other than to try them on in the house and look at them in the mirror. When I go to the register a girl with a bad attitude cuts me off as I’m explaining I’d like to make a return and tells me I have to go to the other line. I wait for the other register to open up and explain I’d like to make a return. She asks when they were purchased, I say yesterday. This girl doesn’t say a word, same look on her face as the other girl, and walks away with the shoes. Comes back and states “We cannot make the return because the shoes have been worn” I explain to her that they were not worn and they were only tried on inside of the house that morning. She just says the same thing again- “They’ve been worn. We cannot return them” I go to say something else and the first girl cuts me off again and tells me to go try another Snipes. The attitudes here are ridiculous and they need to re-evaluate who they have working there acting that way to customers. Btw here’s a picture of the...

It was our first time in the store shopping for my 4 year old son. No one helped us, the girls in there had a terrible attitude. Tried to make the best of it because I was there for my son only. I asked if they could size his feet for shoes and all the did was give us the shoe sizer and told us to do it ourselves. They did not have his shoe size but I still put an online order in. The manager waited on us and she seemed impatient and didn’t get any of my contact information correctly for shipping after repeating it to her more than twice. If they had the music at a level where they can hear customers she might would have heard me correctly. Had to go back and correct it and she gave us attitude about fixing the mistake she made. The other girl there also gave attitude as well after pointing out the mistake being made. Terrible customer service all around. Will never shop...

Went to pickup an online order and to let my son do some of his school shopping. We were followed around the store and watched closely the entire time. He did manage to find a couple of outfits he liked and my daughter found a pair of shoes.

I spent 283 in store not to mention the shoes I picked up for one of my other children. Worst experience I’ve ever had shopping. Upon leaving my 15 yo said he felt the same way. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

The fact that I only came into the store to pick up an order and shop children, we weren’t suspicious or a threat just simply shopping and both the store workers felt it was okay to follow us around and act the way they did is ridiculous and unacceptable. This store doesn’t even deserve the...
