Gourmet China II — Restaurant in Winchester

I ordered 3 Veggie Fried Rice with no eggs or other veggies but just peas and carrots only. I never had an issue with my order being incorrect. Tonight, I ordered the usual for myself and children. After I received my food. I opened the bag and plate and saw that my order was wrong. I assumed I got the wrong order because the delivery guy did have another delivery in his car. I called the restaraunt at least 20 times and each time I got a busy signal. I called Beyond Menu and the representative said they would contact the owner. I then proceeded to call the restaraunt again and someone picked up. I told her the issue but she made it seem as though she didn't know anything about the issue and told me to call customer service. I then told her, they called me back as promised and said that the store would redeliver my food. At this point she sounded irritated. I still remained calm and told her what my original order was versus what I received. I asked could I get a refund or my food that was promised. I was told they would deliver. I waited for 30 minutes and saw it was getting close to closing time. I called Beyond Menu back only to be told it was canceled. I wasn't mad because my order was wrong, because mistakes and misreading happens. It was the fact, I got a run around as though I was lying and to find out at the last minute that my order was canceled and being delivered...

09/02/2023———- 0 STARS For a couple of days I’ve been debating about doing this review, finally I think it would be irresponsible not to, I used to go to this restaurant probably 3 time a week, but the other day the girl in The picture below, had a bloody nose, at the time she was peeling the snap peas 🫛 and she blowed her nose and did not bother washing her hands after, I’m pretty sure most restaurant employees do this but at least they don’t do it in front of the customers, good luck I hope you don’t get sick 🤢 ✌️…… —————————————————————- These place is getting better and better, I almost give up coming to this restaurant due to rude customer service, now they have 4 new people very polite and educated, and the food it’s definitely worth the money, portions are generous (See pics) for under $10 and awesome taste, 9 stars if I could keep it up 👍. ———————————————————————

Classic chinese gourmet it is! A hidden gem located on Maryland Parkway! This restaurant has a wonderfully authentic taste that hits your taste buds immediately! We eat at home on this night and it was well worth it! We ordered the Family Dinner with a side of salt and pepper wings! The Family Dinner $27.99 you get to choose from a variety of entrees and appetizers! We chose the chicken wonton with shrimp soup! Best I ever had! We choose 2 of the most delicious fried jumbo shrimp they had to offer,with 2 crab ragoons and a choice between 3 fried rices! We chose the House fried rice and I am glad we did! It came with chicken,beef,pork and shrimp! This was actually the best fried rice I've ever had and I have been eating chinese all my life! Our grandeur finale of entrees we chose the Sichuan Garlic Chicken and had gotten it mild,and the Sweet and Sour Pork! They both were excellente.... This is definitely a restaurant you would wanna order from! It doesn't really have space,just a few tables 4 in total! But,if you ever decide to drop in now you know!
