Came through the drive-through on a Sunday after noon. The worker that took my order seemed to be in a bad mood I order 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. I answer if they could be grilled as well as for them to “go fresco” on them. Then worker add fresco then add Pico de gallo which add a up charge. I asked worker about is. And she stated it was a up charge then stated that she had to charge me for the tomato because used. I advised the worker does charge when going through the app? And it doesn’t charge on the menu but charging as extra pico de gallo when she added it to the register when she put it on the computer. Worker got irritated that I was asking questions and stated she will give it to me this time but next time I will have to pay. I also asked for an order of fries. Once receiving my food the fries were placed in the bag upside down. Both my burrito weren’t grilled and barely has any beans. Read moreThis just about the worst restaurant for customers service I've seen. The front register cashier Dana is not paying attention to the customers as they come in. No one greeted me when I came in the door. Someone finally came over to acknowledge me they gave me that head tilted back eyes but look as if to say what do you want not welcome to Taco Bell ridiculous. I was picking up an order for a customer that ordered online through one of their food services. The order did not show up according to the manager in their system so she wasn't going to make it until it showed up. I was able to show her on my phone that it was in and my opinion was that it will eventually update. When I was a store manager I would have taken care of the customer in this situation, but her decision is her decision. I just didn't agree with how it was handled. This restaurant sucks big time, don't waste your time or money here. Read moreWe visited this place after a concert about an hour before closing time. Granted, the drive-thru was about ten deep... but we had already placed an online pickup order. We day in line for over an hour until after they were supposed to close. The line never moved. We were VERY VERY patient. When we walked up to the door to see if we could pick up our order. We saw they had several orders sitting on the counter ready for pick up, but they refused to hand them to us. They would not even let us know what was going on and why the line hadn't moved for over an hour. Since we had placed a pick-up order before, we had even arrived at the facility, I feel that they should have gone ahead and given us our order. Especially since they helped Uber Eats and other food delivery service personnel. Or maybe told us the issue or that we weren't going to be helped.
