If you don't download the STN sports app, you will be able to get gifts on gift days from STN sports. They will check your card and to see that you have the app downloaded then you can't get your free gift. Must be a guest to swim in the pool. There is a movie theater, and a children's arcade. There is not a non-smoking area. There is a gift shop that sells cigarettes and liquor, drinks and snacks, t-shirts and novelties. There are three bars. Valet parking is free but it is courtesy to give a tip when you return to pick up your vehicle. Don't leave valuables in your car. It is possible they may get stolen. Nice Clean hotel. Rooms seem to have been updated not long ago. Our room is clean and a nice refreshing place to rest. Carpets, beds, bathrooms all pass the clean check. No old or musky feel here, thank goodness. The staff have been very welcoming, but trying to get a drink person to get a couple of drinks while playing slots and cards was a task on it's own. I rarely drink, so I was looking forward to having some while playing the games. Eventually, I got a couple but not before going directly to the bar. Last night, we got in a bit after 9pm the cafe was the only option still open, and I assumed it would be just average food, being it was a cafe. To my surprise it was very good. I had the grilled chicken meal and highly recommend it. Next, I want to mention the security. I really like that they have security guards posted here. My husband did have a guy try and steal his wallet while he was going to the bathroom in the casino area bathroom. The dude reached under the stall and tried to grab it right out of hubby's pants. But hubby saw him and yelled at him, and then the guy took off outside. I presume the guy does this often and bounces around the different casinos. He def had an exit plan and was very comfortable in what he was trying to do. We notified security, and they took it seriously. And immediately put a call out over the radio to have the parking lot security guys and everyone be aware and looking for the guy. I came with my family to see black panther tonight the movie was great and the theather was nice BUT the snack bar was horrible me and my family spent over 60 dollars at the snack bar and the hot dog buns were very hard and stale. I went back out to see if I could get a extra box or bag to put popcorn in for my 5yo son and was told they don't give out extra box's for sharing popcorn. I wanted to get back to my movie so I just walked away but after the movie I talked to the manager on duty Chris and he said his GM Carl would have his neck if he woulda gave me a bag. My mother in law then pointed out that they didn't even give us something to carry the 3 hotdogs (which I couldn't eat mines because the bread was so hard) and he told us that the only reason she got a box was because of the nachos she ordered. It was my first and last time going to this theater I was so amazed how they treat customers it wasn't like I snuck in my own food we spent 60 or more dollars at the snack bar alone I don't get how they are pinching pennies that hard where they can't even give out a small empty bag so a child can enjoy some popcorn with out holding a large bucket ..... It made me upset because its no need to be that tight over cardboard and paper bags defiantly when we actually spent money with them.I am so disappointed in the managers and GM who run the place it doesn't take much to make people satisfied.
