husband and I were staying on that part of town so we took a chance. One of the best decisions we made while in Vegas.
We were greeted by the hostess immediately of walking up. We were asked if we wanted a table or booth. We decided on a table.
Jude greeted us with in seconds of sitting. She asked for our drink order and would be right back with water. As Jude walked away a gentleman came with warm bread and butter.
I ordered King-cut Prime Rib. My husband could not decide between the short ribs or oso bocce. He asked Jude what she liked better. He still could not decide so he asked Jude to order for him. Well he had the short ribs.
Our meal included the salad and soup bar. Everything was fresh, crisp and top quality. There was iceberg lettuce, mixed greens and spinach to choose from. Then there was peas, carrots, bleu cheese, chick peas I could go on...
The short ribs must have been about a pound of meat over a nice portion of mash potatoes. There was no knife needed!! The meat was so tender and awesome flavor. Enough food for 2 more meals. My husband had the rest for breakfast the next morning with an egg.
I had the king cut prime rib medium rare. When the plate came I was very happy I did not order a side. It was perfectly cooked and had to be an inch thick. There was enough on that plate for 2 people. Yes, it had fat on it but I've never had a prime rib that didn't. I left full and had enough for a meal we could share the next day. That was some of the best prime rib I've ever had!!!
I can honestly say we were so surprised. We thought we were at a top steakhouse. This place would give any of those restaurants a run for their money.
Yes, the restaurant is a little dated with the carpeting... but do not let that discourage you from enjoying your meal. Sometimes you have to look past dated decor.
My water glass was never empty. There was never a dirty plate on our table...EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
Jude was a joy to have as a server. She made our meal all that better.
I would go out of my way to...
Read moreDuring our latest trip to Las Vegas, we drive out to Boulder Station for a birthday dinner for one of our friends at The Broiler. We were a little worried that we were able to get a table for 7 without a wait and that the restaurant was more than half empty when we sat at 7:30pm.
However, we were pleasantly surprised by a friendly and attentive staff that served some of the most amazing dishes of our trip!
First, they brought a basket of warm rolls and biscuits that were full of flavor. Next, we had their famous Tableside Caesar Salad where they brought out the ingredients on a cart and built the salad next to your table.
For the main dishes, a few of us had the Wednesday special which was the Crab Stuffed Maine Lobster. It was absolutely delicious with a great mix of crab and lobster. One person in our party had the prime rib which was also great.
The rest of us went with our server, Kennyâs suggestion of the Rib Eye Steak. Kenny was on point as this was the best steak Iâve had in a very long time. The steak was marinated, then smoke grilled and garnished with a garlic cilantro sauce. If you like steak, you cannot go wrong with The Broilerâs Rib Eye Steak!
Finally, a big shout to our server Kenny who was funny, friendly and topped off a great dinner with...

This place came up with great reviews but it was in old town Las Vegas and about 7 miles away.. So we made reservations and grabbed a taxi to get us over there⊠the cab ride was $55 one wayâŠno problem we are getting Prime Rib as we wanted⊠We get sat, order Wine, cocktails, salads and apps, and when it came time to order entrees we were informed they were out of Prime Rib for the night! We purposely made a 6:15pm reservation and arrived at 5:55pm in order to get Prime Rib⊠this was a gut punch for sure⊠Our last meal in Vegas and we spent $55 to get there from our hotel only to be told they were out! Oh and the place was not busy, we darn near had the entire restaurant to ourselves.. SO I guess if you want Prime Rib here call ahead and make sure...
