Today I really wanted a banana split and I was very disappointed of what the lady gave me. She told me " sorry for the lechera, is really cold someone placed it in the freezer" I respond it supposed to be wipcream and she said that it was but it was really cold. I did not know what she was talking about because nothing was cold even the ice cream was melted and there were only like about four pieces of strawberries, it was missing toppings (I asked for a Hawaiian Banana Split) I was really disappointed and the lady just said " I had a really hard day and on top of all this a new employee" she was upset maybe because she was training. I don't think that as a customer I care about her issues training and it should not be an excuse for her no to do a good job. I even thought about NOT GOING THERE ANYMORE there are a lot of ice cream places and maybe the others care more about customers because today the lady working there did not care she showed it with her...

Came for a banana split.... After the gal put the ice cream, the two bananas on the side, does chocolate sauce that turned into a hard shell, a few strawberries, some sprinkles and whipped cream I asked her for the rest of the toppings were for the rest of the banana split. She tells me that that is the banana split and I told her that I thought they made the traditional banana split and she argued with me that that is how the traditional banana split is made when it is not. I grew up on banana splits and the traditional flavors. When they first opened, everyone there spoke perfect English, and actually knew how to make a shake…now I ask them to make sure the shake is more thicker than normal, they don’t understand what I’m saying or they say “we can’t do that.” More ice cream??? Less milk??? Less blending time??? It’s not that hard. Plus every time I come here, their ice cream looks melted and non appetizing.
