It will never be K-mart, but was a decent fill the void store. Sadly, just about every single time we shopped there, we get hit up for some kind of donation at checkout! There are causes that are worth donating to, but, every single time it's something else! The last time, was for coats for homeless vets, a very good cause, but the lady cashier never explained how it worked and as I layed out a few dollars, she was already filling out a gift card and said take your 2 dollars back, that will be 40.00 dollars! Denise is a ray of sunshine in this world when lots of people you meet are grumpy and uncaring. I have worked in retail and I know that it is very difficult to get good employees.
Sometimes you can just tell that it has been a long day for her BUT---she is ALWAYS happy and friendly to each and every customer that comes through her line.
I'm sure that you have an employee appreciation program of some kind. Please recognize Denise in some way. She is truly an asset to your...
