This store is everything that everyone dreams of when they think, "family-owned," and it is even more. The owner and employees are exemplary. I've never been more satisfied with any store in my entire life, and I'm not exaggerating. It is only truly awesome people like the ones who run this store that make me hate Amazon. Amazon, I don't care if you can give me same-day shipping in a drone. The customer service, the compassion and soul, is simply unparalleled.

A few months ago, I bought a pair of boots from Patriot. At the time, Mr. Nick informed me of the manufacturer 30-day guarantee. About 20 days in, I decided that they were a little loose and that, if possible, I'd love to try a half size smaller. I tried on the pair that they had in stock, but the pair seemed a little bit odd, as if the left shoe and right shoe were different. Mr. Nick was more than happy to order a brand new pair of boots for me to try (not even purchase, simply try on), as they didn't have any more of that size in stock. If I didn't like it, he said that he'd just throw it in stock, no problem. I was already very impressed with their customer service.

About 10 days later, I tried the boots on, but they had just started carrying a new model of boots which caught my eye. (I was turning into Goldilocks...) Beggars can't be choosers, but Mr. Nick was more than happy to allow me to shop around MUCH past the 30 day limit. In the end, it had been a whole 3 months, but Mr. Nick ordered a very special pair of boots for me. It was a model which the store did not even carry! He special-ordered a pair for me straight from the manufacturer and even managed to get me a discount on the price (He beat BOTH Amazon AND the manufacturer's online store). The boots fit 100% perfectly, and had it not been for Patriot Workwear, I'd have never found such perfectly fitting shoes. However satisfied I was with the product (I'd never had better shoes), I was 100x more pleased with and touched by the service.

This store is AMAZING. Please, please, please stop by if you live anywhere remotely close, even if it's an hour away! I'm 20-30 minutes away. There's another store nearer to my house, but I am ineffably grateful that I had the chance to meet and to do business with such wonderful people. This store by far puts their customers first and their own interests last. They are selfless, service-minded, and are so kindhearted. I'd pay triple the price of any item for this quality of service, but their service was so outstanding that I paid less than anywhere else. This store treated me, spoiled me, like family, and I am forever grateful for their tremendous service.

Note: Some people say that their delivery times are long, but it's only a few weeks. Honestly, I'd wait months for anything if I had to, because their service is so, so easily...

Was told a special order item would be in within a few days and would receive a call when it arrived (never received a call), would be really disappointed if I was relying on that item arriving....

Along the lines of what other reviewers have written, was told an item not in stock would be sent to the store for me to try and buy if I like and that I would receive a call when it arrives. A status update call was suppose to happen within a few days but no call was received. If you need something ordered in a timely/reliable manner it might be best not to rely on getting it from here.

Otherwise the store has a good selection and is worth visiting, just stick to purchasing what's in...

Good people but kept making excuses as to why an order isn't fulfilled in a timely manner. Shouldn't have to wait nearly 6 months for one item. They never return voicemails and overall I'm just done with them. I support small business but not this kind with this type of customer service. They will charge you to ship an item out instead of doing it free of charge since they are the ones who took months to give me an item that was suppose to be ready in the beginning of 2022. Again not good customer service. Feel like they are biting more off than...
