I was shopping for more bags of Scott’s Soil (red bag) and Scott’s Hummus and manure (beige bag). I started in the Wind Gap location and there were a few bags outside of the Scott’s hummus & manure so I went inside with one bag in the cart and proceeded to check out with cashier. There was a conflict of price, $2.69 on register but sign outside read $2.49. Kaityn summoned a manager and not sure who the short, bespeckled female clerk was that yelled in my face, “YOU STAND RIGHT THERE!” as she went outside to pull the OLD PRICE off of metal stand. Just seconds before, my wife was sitting in our car, saw the female exit the store and photographed the old price. I was looking for manure, I didn’t think I’d receive it in the bag plus from a CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK! No Scott’s in red bag here, so I looked online and saw Broadheadsville location showed STOCK. I drove from Wing Gap to Broadheadsville and nothing there. I asked a young man and he confirmed no stock. I phoned the location in Lower Nazareth and Teresa confirmed stock so we drove the 25 miles. We don’t want to shop in Wind Gap if the attitudes are part of the shopping trip. Twice there and help is in short supply as well. Read moreThere always seems to be a problem when I come to this store. I love tractor supply. But this store has poorly trained employees and lazy managers. Today I came in for maple spiles that they had 12 in stock. An employee confirmed it. She was the most helpful out of all the employees but sadly she had no idea what to do. A manager blew me off after he looked it up and said it was out of season (which doesn't make any sense since you do this now) so we decided okay we'll figure it out on our own. The helpful employee stopped us on our way out and asked if we had found it. We told her no, the guy was rude about it. She then looked it up, and was trying to send a more experienced employee to find it in the back. The manager that blew us off recommended I get same day delivery. Seriously? It's in the back, it's out of season. I came to give your establishment my money and I was refused. I'm going to be going to other locations now. The time before this they were too stubborn to figure out the veteran's discount. Give them a parking spot but no discount? It's like you're pushing customers away. No wonder the parking...
Read moreI purchased 3 items from the Wind Gap location. I said out loud to the cashier who waited on me I was tired when I picked up a shopping basket at the counter. A few hours after bieng home i looked at my receipt and saw a 4th item was on the receipt which I didnt purchase. It was a more expensive item than the 3 I picked out & bought. I went back to the store the same day to get a refund of my money. They did refund my money. Now people and machines can b in error so I was willing to forgive the goof up as just one of those things, but the manager was extremely crisp AND sharp with me, way past the point of rude. I felt 2x violated in this store bcause of their error and deportment. Not a "apologies mam" or " we're sorry for the inconvenance" or "have a good night"...just nothing but super unfriendly crispness. AND I was cut off when I spoke !
