Sold me Govee lights for the same price that I could get them online. They weren't test first as they were supposed to be. She said we needed to test them before I bought $700 worth and some dude showed up at the backdoor and all that went out the window as she started to entertain him and got really awkward so they helped me load up the lights and I left. Well I went back with all the lights and said, "Maybe I just don't know how to work them properly. Half of them don't work and the 200 ft strand won't turn on at all." So after mixing this box and that box of lights and then swapping out power boxes she was able to put the 100 ft strand working correctly. She started working on the 200 ft strand which is all white and was going to piece that together after trying to get them to work. She got frustrated and was like, "I'll just have my friend bring the other box i have, I'm not doing this all night!" She couldn't get her friend to answer so she came back in the room and said, "try that power box with that strand i got working." Well the power box started frying the lights and she disconnected it and said, "I'm just refunding this! I'm not doing this all night!" She only gave me $550 back and that was after my boyfriend demanded the money though I already walked away because I was mad. She gave him the money by taking it and slamming it on his chest. Most of the things in here is junk. Go to Ds liquidation instead. They let you open packages to see what’s in them before you buy them. This lady buys liquidation and takes everything good for herself to resell and puts her trash in the bins. Then she was disrespectful and yelled at my husband in front of people. The stuff she puts in the bins most people wouldn’t buy. And there are rules about kids and not bringing purses in. Sorry lady, get over yourself. No one is going to steal your trash and I doubt my kids are going to break any of your trash either. I spend a lot each month of inventory to resell in my business. Ds liquidation can have it. I won’t be here again. In response to owner: Wow, I must have hit a nerve. You must not be too busy to be checking customers other reviews and leaving so many nasty comments on other reviews. I will be very surprised if you stay open long. Looking at other customers reviews it seems like a lot of people have a problem with your junk store and your loud mouth. I only leave good reviews for companies that deserve it. You can’t take criticism obviously. Guests what? Customers are the ones that keep you open. My husband found this place on Facebook so we decided to give it a try yesterday. Not impressed at all. The place is small, aisle not wide enough for the fact that they have carts, can't tell what half the stuff is, if you want the box opened you have to stand in line for that first. I finally just got to a point I went out front and waited for my husband to finishing looking. As I stood out there I seen a very big safety hazzard which was wood that I assume they had been using as a way to keep people from cutting if there was a line, this had nails and screws sticking out of it that someone could get hurt on or even damage someone's car. The part that really got me and has made me decide I will ever go back was the list of RULES as they call them on the front window. This does not bode well with me when I am asked to leave my purse in the car. Most women carry purses and for you to assume that everyone is a thief is over the top.
