Upon contacting Imagine More to begin the process of having a custom shade made for a 1/2 moon window in our bedroom, we were delighted to get a call from Sarah within a few hours, an appointment was set for a few days later to come out and measure for the shade. Paul Ditmer came with Sarah and within a few minutes the measurements were completed, Sarah and I chose the color for the shade to match the blinds in our Pella windows, and the order was created. I had the contract in my email within hours and made the down payment so the product could be ordered (Nov 17). The shade came in 12/1. Paul Ditmer contacted me and the shade was installed on Monday 12/4. Sarah arrived during the installation to inspect and be sure we were satisfied with the product and installation. Samantha has been wonderful to work with. She provided countless options for our dining chandelier and was patient as we worked through the selection process. She was always positive, professional, and responsive. I appreciated her willingness to answer my million questions and her genuine concern for getting things right in our space.
