First off I don't, actually have never, bothered to post a review. Last week I went to Best Buy to have the battery in my IPhone replaced. While doing so the Geek squad tech fried my phone. It took three days for them to replaced the phone but could not set the phone up. After returning for the third time I decided to just take the phone elsewhere. So, frustrated I went to the Windsor Russell Verizon store on main street. While I have always been happy with the service at any of the Verizon stores my experience this time was, without a doubt, the most outstanding to date. I was greeted at the door by Dani as I entered and asked how I could be helped. She listened to my tale or woes and told me to have a seat. She helped the toddler with the previous customer put her coat on and walked them to and held the door as they departed. Hmmm! Dani explained my otions and than with little or no effort at all COMPLETLY set up my IPhone as well as documented all of my new passwords. All while we chatted about this and that and how she liked to fly fish, my passion. And presto in less than half an hour I was on my out the door. I was blown away. She was warm and friendly, knowledgeable, completely professional, and expert at what I needed. Five stars * are not enough. Thank you Dani. Verizon, keep your eyes on this one...

They charge a $40 set up fee, which is fine when transferring your old phone but $40 on a new watch that they literally handed to me and we set up at home? My sister had 3 watches and was charged $40 for each that they did nothing for. They also quoted a buy back price and then didnāt give that price to my sister and it took weeks to fix it. I was standing there when the salesman told her what the trade in amount was with the higher plan. Same guy didnāt finish the set up on my new phone and I spent hours on vacation trying to fix it to get my new phone working. Save yourself the headache and go to the actual Verizon store. Update: my sister has spent HOURS with Verizon and still havenāt received the credits for her iTunes she turned in here. The manager promised to fix it and ānot ghost herā and call her within two weeks. Absolutely nothing has been fixed and sheās paying on 6 phones instead of 3š”. Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT COME HERE. The good reviews are made up by the store. The store is not a Verizon its Russell Cellular. Russell Cellular has its own number for issues and they ignore all your issues. The customer service number is not Verizon its russell cellular. The response is the same for all their problems and they will not get back to you. All customers be AWARE of the fee for service its $40 for every phone. The workers at the store purposely will not check the box on your receipt. When the bill comes you will be charged $40 for every phone and watch that you activate. Best buy or a Verizon Authorized reseller are your best options because they cannot lie to you like russell cellular and issues will be resolved. This is a store that rips off the community proudly. Their response to my review will be something like we will do better but they do not. Otherwise they would of called me and addressed my issue. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.
