Picasso and Wine — Local services in Windsor

I have been going to Picasso and Wine since it opened 4 years ago. We always have the best time. It is such a FUN GNO (girls night out). Sylvia is just fantastic. She really cares that her customers have fun. The paintings look hard== but with the step by step instructions from the teacher it's a no brainer to have your own masterpiece. My favorite time is doing Christmas pictures that I display for holiday decorations. I have been going 3 or 4 times a year. I also love taking my kids. They too have fun and love their end creation. I have brought in countless friends every time and they all too go back. I have seen many men in there painting, so it's not just for the ladies! I would highly recommend an evening or afternoon. If you don't like wine she has beers and sodas as well. I'm looking forward to my next visit next week. You really have to try it,...

Our instructor was so sweet, genuine, and incredibly skilled. She was also thoughtful (drink-wise), accommodating in our desire to do a more seasonal painting, and had absolutely impeccable taste in music. However, this “paint-and-sip” spot could use a little more updating as far as their brushes go (very old, very difficult). They could also improve on the style in which they teach, and the accessibility (maybe by projecting the art that patrons intend to imitate on a larger scale so that it is visible throughout the process). My sister, Mom and I took a class with Melanie and it was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon! She walked us through our painting teaching different techniques along the way. We sipped wine, listened to music and all our paintings came out great. The studio was clean and equipped with everything we needed to stay safe and maintain social distancing.
