They double charged me on my Ozempic because it was a .25 dosage and the package had enough for 60 days. I had just had my prescription transferred from Sulphur Springs CVS where I purchased my 1st box of Ozempic for $47, which is the amount my insurance plan has me to pay. However, when I purchased my 1st Ozempic from CVS in Winnsboro, I was charged $94. I called my insurance company and they assured me that the cost would be $47. When I took my receipts to CVS in Winnsboro and told them they charged me double, the pharmicist told me that the box of Ozempic was for 60 days at .25mg so they can charge me twice as much. I never heard of such a thing! My second box of Ozempic that I picked up there was $47 because I was not using .5mg. Since when does the same box of meds cost more because you use less at a time? On top of that, The box for $94 hasn't been opened yet and I am going to use it at .5mg. I have NEVER heard of such stupidity in my life! After discussing this with friends, they say they never go there because of how they are treated and how they...
Read moreLove it Love it. CVS Pharmacy has been a great pharmacy. I have used Brookshire’s pharmacy and I love them but they changed to Walgreens pharmacy and I like Walgreens but for some reason after they merged my medication wouldn’t never be available. They would send me a message saying they are available for pickup and I would go after work or the next day and I would have to wait or come back. I know it takes time to get everything adjusted when you have a turn over but 1to 2 months at the least, you should have some kinda organization. I decided to use a pharmacy in town. Tom Scott or CVS and I chose CVS and I am glad that I did. Sending messages letting you know orders are ready and plus giving you a few day’s if you’re unavailable to pickup. Thanks again for your dedication, support and care y’all show your customers and...
Read moreThank God for the pharmacist on June 4th (Kirk or Kurt), I believe is his name. He was able to fix what the tech and pharmacist on June 3rd had screwed up with my (Peggy Plunkett) prescription for my pain medicine. If you make a mistake own it and work to get it fixed, instead of blaming the customer and telling them that they have to take care of it. Also Cheynne sometimes the customer does know what they are talking about. Thank you again Kirk or Kurt...
