CVS — Local services in Winnsboro

What a terrible little CVS! It's doll-sized as it is, so inventory is less than half that of any surrounding locations. This one happens to be the most conveniently located from my house, unfortunately. I've been in numerous times for OTC mediation and miscellaneous things like shaving cream, facial products, etc. They either don't stock them at all or they're completely out of stock. There's rarely a person up front, so they have a bell for customers to ring. Today, I rang it...waited several minutes and rang it again. No one ever showed up. I walked to the back where the pharmacy is located. The pharmacist looked me straight in the eye, saw my frustration/desperation to find someone and then went about his business. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. Wish I had never sent my Rx to this pharmacy. I came at 12 to pick it up, was told it would be 1:00 before it would be ready. The medication was sent to them the night before from an ER. Came back at 2:30, in severe pain (due to not having my medication) and was told it still wasnt ready. The female that answered the drive thru window, after waiting 10 minutes for her to do so, was rude and didn't seem to care that their incompetence was the reason I was upset that my medication wasn't ready. I will NOT be depending on these people to ever fill another...

Took 11 days to fill a prescription, but just transfer it to Mineola. Keep send messages that waiting on insurance approval when in fact the insurance had a six month approval already. Then send s a message they are out of medicine when I had two more refills and been using it for over a year. Not dependable at all. I call coorpste office to file a complaint.
