They sell junk products and over charge on labor an products also are very DISRESPECTFUL caught on a hidden camera all because I asked why is my ac not working when I use the viper remote for 600 dollars your mad keep in mind only time I spoke was when I asked how much and how long an telling them I want this one and ac part…and also SCAMMED ME OUT OF 1k and some hundred for alpine radio page keeps popping up saying contact the company for access that was five to six months of them installing it the pages are all pretty much disable rear camera gets stuck on while in drive just a blank screen Bluetooth don’t work what is on the radio station is all you get I find it a disappointment knowing they knew I was on a time limit to buy a dog and took advantage of that anyway told me it was done I paid then walked out to see my rig parked half way down the street got in to find a radio install that I Did NOT CHOOSE also that viper remote again simply junk the vehicle randomly starts from am to pm I wanna take it back but look at the first experience we all know they would purposely screw it up for more money I’m just gonna eat the loss clearly this SMALL FAMILY COMPANY IS MONEY HUNGRY BOTTOM FEEDERS You can report it all you want do I need to show RECEIPTS FROM YOU GUYS and pictures of it at your shop before I left or like I said show news 8 the video of how you guys treat customers and scam or the video of the vehicle PULLING INTO YOUR SHOP you can correct your mistakes and own up to it I’ll make sure every group in wis and Minnesota can see it. Had an amp, sub and wiring installed on my vehicle. The power cable terminal to my battery was placed underneath my alternator power which is fine except for the fact that the terminal wasn't cleaned and the bolt was loose. Flickering headlights in which I asked to have the grounds/power re-checked but was told those wouldn't be an issue. The ground in the back of my car was drilled through my floor but was completely loose and I could literally twist the wire around the screw a full 360 degrees. Also the screw was drilled all the way through the floor sticking out under my car an inch and just missed my ABS sensor cable by about 2 centimeters. Power, remote and ground cables were all run down the same side of the vehicle. Had to redo the gain on my amp as it was clipping badly. Terminal protection covers on my battery were not reattached. (not a big deal but I mean really?)

Anyways for 125$ this is one of the worst installs I have ever seen in my life. I only took it here because I wanted it done correctly and didn't want the extra work. Ended up doing more work than I would have done with the entire install.

I'm not sure who else is working at this place, But if you have to go here, ask for Troy to do your install (if he still does them). I know he has a good reputation. Whoever did mine shouldn't be installing anything, let...

Wasted 5 hours of my time would not recommend Edit :I left to go there around 2pm and it's an hour drive. When I got there I asked for Brandon because he was trying to help me build a subwoofer enclosure, they said it would be there in around 2 hours as he was doing an install at someone's home. No problem I wonder the city for around 2 hours. I come back and there is a guy as the desk talking to a customer and I wait for him to get done helping the guy. As soon as he's done with that guy 15 minutes later he immediately leaves into the shop area. Right before that 2 other guys walked out from the shop area never even got acknowledged. I'm like ok maybe they're just busy wait maybe 5 minutes later the other guy leaves, and I continue to wait. 10 minutes go by and I decided to just go home after waiting 30 minutes for help.
