After nearly 2 years of coffee on a daily basis, I feel I have adequate experience to leave my final review. First off i love espresso coffee, but what I love more is consistency. I order an extra shot most days, and roughly 50% of the time it still tasted watered down. Sometimes burnt, once in a while perfection. If you drink anything with espresso, you know that the grind and pack is everything when it comes to flavor. I also use to indulge in a scone most mornings, also very inconsistent. I believe they are pre made from the local blados bakery, so all that is left is the baking process. Some days they were still doughy in the centers, some days hard as a rock from being overcooked, and again some days perfect. I leave 3 stars, because the service is always a delight, always friendly and welcoming but the consistency is just not there, not enough for me to continue spending 6 dollars every day for the inconsistent products. Their espresso drinks are quite potent ( I always add a shot or two), but have amazing flavor (earthy coffee, never bitter). I have seen some of their supply trucks as well, and it pleases me to see they us a "farm- direct type" creamery. That means fresher dairy, and minimal handling/ processing. Oh they also have a rewards system, but if you forget your card, they just look you up.
