What a great place to find a find a special gift or to get clothes altered. The quality of the customer service was so amazing and so unexpected. I visited with a crowd of loud relatives on that didn't speak English for a few last minute alterations. We were attended to promptly and with so much respect. I found so many beautiful treasures while waiting and the price was right. I will definitely visit again.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful SSI Gift Shoppe is! They altered my wedding dress. They've hemmed it, taken it in at the bust, and taken out a "bone" structure. It fits PERFECT. They will be adding straps and bustling it. All of this will be done at HALF the price of the other places I looked at (which were outside of Winona). On top of all of that, the owners are kind and great to work with.

Honestly I have never had a bad experience but then today I called and the gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude. He has been in there when I have dropped off items and is never friendly. If your going to run a business you need to be friendly to your customers, answer the phone more pleasant and be helpful.
