I am average height, stocky, barrel chested, a little extra along the waist, but with a average leg length. Not an off the rack for someone like me. I have had much frustration over the years trying to find anything that fit. (And looked good). Enter DXL

After looking around online and finding superior review on google, I decided I needed to give them a try. I’ve been to the competition, only to be disappointed, paid way too much, and constant up selling. I had none of that at DXL!

These guys are great! Super friendly, and they know their stuff. Without even being measured, within 2 try’s, I was perfectly fitted for a suit that I could walk right out the door with no alterations. Shirts and ties are also in great selection, and very reasonable for the high quality product.

Have you ever been on a car lot to look at cars and then get immediately harassed by the salesman? That's essentially what you get at DXL Winston-Salem. I'm all for customer service but this place takes it to a place that is beyond annoying. Last time I couldn't shop in peace for no longer than 2 minutes without being asked if I needed help with anything or to have someone suggest something for me. I told the 1st salesperson that I was looking and if I needed his help, I would find him. That statement went through his ears apparently because he pretty much stalked me through the store and approached me 4 more times(keep in mind that I repeated my stance of saying that I would find him if I needed him the first 3 times he approached). My husband needed dress pants, shirt and tie to wear for a funeral... we shopped on Sat.and had just about given up trying to find his size. Someone recommended we try DXL. We came into the store and was immediately greeted by a beautiful sales associate. She asked how she could help us and we told her what we needed and she had several options within minutes for us to choose from. Not only did she find his sizes but gave us information on how to obtain some coupons online to use that day. We were so impressed with this store and the staff that worked there!
