So this is Chipotle, everyone knows it is good, but sit down relax, hop on the toilet, go to the shed or hide in the closet because I am about to tell you why this Chipotle is better then yours. This Chipotle is out side of the Mall, the same mall that when I go by myself, I am in and out in 5 minutes, having visited 17 stores and bought 85 items. #satisfaction, no Chipotle needed, but still go have anyway. Well this time I went to the mall with the girlfriend! We spent 17 days in the mall, each store she trys on 57 items and will purchase 0.5 items. This happens at a total of 5-6 stores, even thou she claims she only buys from 2 places. Word to the wise young men out there, do not get tricked into Victoria's Secerts, it is not a fun trip, no where to sit while your girl has her chest fat measured wrong, and you awkwardly stand there, trying not to check out the hot chick with no bra on, looking at bras, while you think to your self "please do not buy". Then your girl comes out and excitedly whispers to you "I am a D cup" and now you know Victoria secrets,is not a math problem Okay okay on to chipotle. My girlfriend and I walk out the mall with 1 item. (Seriously 1 item!) we get to Chipotle, and there is a long line, but I know the drill. That line moves like a man who has to get hime after having taco bell instead of chipotle. We order everything on our stuff mmm burrito bowl! We sit outside on the patio right out side the door with my girlfriend's back to the door , and a gate to come into the patio. So what makes this Chipotle the best? The employees! So here comes what I like to call a "silent treatment and never hear the end of it, she will bring it everytime she is mad" hottie. legit beautiful young lady, who in immature terms would be called "she is hot AF", In time Jean shorts and white tube top against her slightly tan skin.okay sorry to much detail. (Dont get me wrong my girlfriend is hot! I am sure others describe her like I did the one above). Anyway. my girlfriend notices a little smile on my face. She is cool and funny as hell, so she wants to know why I was smiling. She wants to laugh also. She turns as the girl goes into the door, she looks right as an employee walks in front of hot girl, and blocks my girls view. My girl turns back and still asking why I am smiling, well I am giggling now and my girl giggling with me asking why. So we proceed eating this wonderful mixed of fresh healthy dish of heaven, when I pop my head up to see short shorts in line had to tie her shoe, so she had thrown her toned tan leg out on a chair to tie her shoe, or give old men heart attacks. I get that evil grin again, and my girl notices and ask what, and turns to look to see what I was looking at, as she turns.wouldnt you know it. A employee is pushing a trash can and walks right in the view and bam girlfriend does not notice. Okay speeding along, I have learned my lesson, I am not looking anymore. No way to get lucky 3 times in a row.but then the u thinkable happens (Okay I was thinking it, or maybe hoping it) hot girl got her food walking out and my God that damn shoe came untied again. I dart my eyes right without turning my head everytime my girl leans down to take a bite of her perfectly cooked chick, with brown rice Rojas chili sauce, and just plan amazing fresh guacamole, the hot girl set her food down, throws her foot up the chair and does a little tug on her tube top, and tugs a little hard, and it slips down a little further then she might have liked, not absence but enough to make her bending over in front of to tie her shoe, so much better. And, I smirk again. My girl now has a mouth full of food and and starts giggling asking me what?! And this time I am off guard and get this shocked look on my face.oh nooooo she starts to turn and the hot girl is still there bending down, and now my girl is going to take me to taco bell next time. Read moreOn February 20th around 8:15-8:30pm, I had ordered two bowls of Chipotle through doordash. On my doordash order I had a chicken bowl ...etc and I had a barbacoa bowl with extra barbacoa. The name Chè on the bag was correct but the two bowls wasn’t. I live 15 mins away and I had to come out of my house to chipotle for an incorrect order. Mind you I had to pay $3.99 for a delivery fee.Once I arrived I explained the situation calmly, therefore they had to remake both bowls. There was a young heavy built girl with a brownish blonde puff ball making the order. My sister told her she ordered half chicken and not sofritas. On the ticket it showed sofritas (tofu). But through the doordash app we selected chicken. The young girl was arguing back and forth saying we have to go by the ticket but in their system it was wrong. She finally gave in and added chicken, after we repeatedly try to explain. I felt like as a customer giving you service, why argue back and forth with me over a computer error? I’ve also asked if my queso could be replaced because it’s cold and clumpy. And the girl wasn’t trying to give me fresh queso. She kept arguing back and forth with me. Which is very unprofessional. She could of said “I’m sorry ma’am for the inconvenience I will be gladly to remake your bowls and give you fresh queso.” But she choose to argue and ask the lead if it’s okay to give me fresh queso. And the Lead didn’t argue with me , she just said yes. But anyhow , the young girl needs to be trained on how to give excellent customer service, and show customers...
Read moreI ordered through my app on 8/26 for a pickup at 8:15p. When I arrived the lights were off in the establishment off Hanes Mall but people were standing near the pickup door and others waiting in their cars to pickup orders. As we sat around waiting, the entire staff walked out the door with their things saying nothing to the waiting customers. After asking what was going on, I found out that they were closing for the night due to supply shortage and customers needed to get their refunds via the app. This information is untrue. After calling multiple numbers for Chipotle, I finally got a true customer service number where I found out I had to go through the website to get my refund. This situation could have been handled better from the very beginning! If the store has to close it would make sense that they wouldn’t be taking new orders. Communication is also key! The staff should have been letting waiting customers know the situation. Also, having to call around to figure out how to get a refund is beyond annoying! Something needs to be done to the app to allow for this feature or feedback!
I should also mention that I called the establishment itself multiple times without an answer but no one was servicing any customers! This seems to be a running theme with this location. I won’t be returning to...
