Absolutely terrible. Two staff members staring at their cell phones the entire time we were there, including when there was a 7 yr old riding a bumper boat on her own. The employee wouldn't let me switch bumper boats after I realized ours had a burning hot black seat. I literally got burned in that thing and she refused to let us switch to one with a white seat even though we were the only group using the boats at that time. I had to hold my rear end off the seat the entire time .
Once inside for the arcade, one of the two skee ball machines will take tokens, but won't work. The Jurassic Park game won't allow for aiming of the gun, on the video screen the gun is stuck in a position to shoot down into the corner and can't be toggled around. Every machine was so grimy and dirty, I'm not sure the handles or seats or steering mechanisms have ever been cleaned.
The bathroom sink had someone's long black hair strands stick all over it, the floors were wet and there were used paper towels all over the floor and sink. The hot water is so scalding hot that I cried out with a yelp once touching it in shock.
When it was time to turn in tickets for prizes, one child wanted four dum dum lollypops. The man behind the counter was trying so hard to grab four at once with one hand because he refused to set his phone down and held it the entire time. He failed so many times at grabbing the right amount of lollypops but never used two hands to do so because he wouldn't put his phone down. Not sure I've ever seen two employees so checked out from their job in all my life.
We will...

If you're an avid miniature golf enthusiast looking to play a series of challenging courses that exhibit even trace amounts of diversity and complexity with each hole, I would suggest you save your money and find somewhere worthwhile.
My experience comes from a time when a friend and I were given some free passes, and decided to go out and play all 72 holes in all. I was completely blown away by the lack of imagination and creativity the courses exhibited. It was literally designed so repetitively, and at times incorporated elements that made so little sense, that we couldn't help but be amused rather than unhappy with how boring it was.
ALMOST EVERY HOLE IT IDENTICAL, except for about 2 or 3 holes that departed from the norm and involved a bank shot, a slide, or something in between you and the hole. Despite that almost every shot is a STRAIGHT PATH FROM THE TEE-OFF ZONE TO THE HOLE. The only elements that created a "difference" being elevation changes, such as ramps, rollers, inclines and declines, but overall just a straight shot to the hole. Some holes even have elements on the course that are supposed to be "obstacles" but they are so far out of the way from where you're going to be hitting the ball that they don't even come into play.
Overall it's probably a fine trip for kids and family fun depending on what the purpose of your visit is.
But if you're an Adult seeking a quality place for Mini Golf shenanigans, I imagine anywhere else has...
Read moreI am genuinely displeased with the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect that a worker had for my child here. My eight year old child unknowingly walked behind the gift shop desk, as he was not focusing on where he was walking. Instead of asking my child to move from behind the desk, one of the workers grudgingly pushed him away from the desk, using the full force of one of her arms. Thankfully, my child was not harmed, but the force of her push did cause him to propel backward. I will not be returning, and suggest that if you care about the fair treatment of children, you do the same. I have never experienced a grown adult employee ANYWHERE violently push away an innocent child until today. I will also be filing a formal complaint and am contacting the Winston Salem police department to file an complaint of assault. After my experience, I'm not sure that the ability to be cruel to children is one of the job requirements at this...
