I just went to grab a refresher, I got the grapefruit refresher, it was very strong in the grapefruit almost like the skin of the grapefruit was over powering the drink, even my sister and my husband said the same thing they couldn’t even drink it. I requested for a remake or a replacement but was told that it would be the same thing again because they add a syrup. I told them well I can’t enjoy it can you just make one light syrup and the no grapefruit pieces and just nodded no it won’t be possible….. It’s overpowering guys unless you like that skin taste and I requested a remake but was told that I will have to pay for another one since nothing was wrong with it…… then said I can pay half for another one, I then bought the brown sugar milk boba and it was just more milk then anything, it tasted straight milk out the carton and my sister received the same one but tasted so sweet and delicious. Just felt like they over did mines on purpose… I left out there feeling a type way about the whole thing… during checking out I even pointed out to the cashier that there was mold in their bread :/ already from there I should’ve just walked out. I basically walked out paying 6$ for a drink I didn’t drink and then 3$ more for a drink that was just straight milk…...

I tried four teas today: mango wow, four season milk foam, three brother & dragon fruit green w/ milk foam.

Mango Wow: The mango chunks were too big, and a little underripe & stringy. I'd say 8/10. Four season milk was alright, but unmemorable. 6/10 Dragon fruit green tea was not great at all, and tasted a bit like dirt. I didn't taste any green tea flavor and the dragon fruit was the white variety which led it being watery. I would never order this one again, it was a bit sad especially considering the price. 3/10. Three brother was delicious! 10/10, would order again. The flavor of the tea was aromatic, and I enjoyed the red beans.

Their boba was alright, it was a bit mushy on the outside, but I think that's standard for black boba. I tend to prefer golden boba because the texture is better.

The interior of the shop was pretty cute, standard for a boba shop. The brown sugar boba statue outside was charming.

The service was amicable, but very very slow. It took a little over 30 minutes to get my order and they weren't that busy. I don't know if they have online ordering, so I'd keep the wait time in mind if...

Probably the best bubble tea/boba tea shop in Winston Salem, but pay attention to your receipt. We went last night and ordered a couple of drinks off of their menu. Then when I looked at my receipt, I saw I was charged more for the drinks than what was displayed on their menu. When I brought this to the attention of the person working there, she said the price changed and gestured toward their paper menu next to the cash register. Even in the paper menu, the drink prices I was charged was not accurate.

Additionally, we bought a piece of cake. There was something (not sure what is was...mold, piece of plastic, a seed, etc??) on the cake. We asked the lady working there what it was and she just said "I don't know." Then we asked if there is another piece we can switch it with and she said "no". Did not offer to take it back or refund the money.

So be careful about being charged a different price than what they advertise and watch your food. Customer service isn't one of their strengths.
