I bought an oven range GE Profile had it installed and the fan did not work properly. When I called to see what the manager MR. John would do about it he referred me to GE so I called GE they informed me that that particular hood had fan issues and rather than coming out to determine the issue on the day of our appointment GE called and said they would instead ship out a new fan and rescheduled a fan install appointment that appointment was yesterday October 24th 2023 the installer installed the new fan and it was even worse that the other fan as a matter of fact it broke into pieces. The installer told me to request a new HOOD which I did and was declined. I call MR John at Bobby Teague to tell him what I was experiencing and he did not offer any other solution he briefly said he would have someone come out to look at it but later reneged because he did not like my attitude. Yes I was upset .He sold me this appliance and should have dealt with this issue ,now I have spent 3 days scheduling and meeting GE people and still see no resolution, another bad fan when a new hood should have been provided add installed THEY SHOULD STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL ,NOW THEY KNOW THAT THE FAN ON THE GE-PROFILE IS FAULTY THIS IS A MATERIAL FACT.I hope no one else has to go through what I have, if they do ,please use this warning for...
Read moreI've been buying appliances from Bobby Teague for 30 years so when we wanted a extra refrigerator I ordered and paid for one over the phone. I could have gotten this same refrigerator from a big box store cheaper but I have had good luck in the past with BT I informed the sales person I would need the old refrigerator moved into my laundry room, he said no problem. I let him know that they would need to remove the doors on that refrigerator due to doorwau size. Sales person said they could do that but when the delivery guys got here he really didn't want to put it where I wanted it so he called the manager. He then tells me that the manager said if I want the old refrigerator moved in the laundry room and the doors had to be removed it would be an extra $125 dollars. I think this was a horrible experience now I have a refrigerator setting in the garage... Not where I wanted it. It was explained to me that they didn't really take doors off old refrigerators to move the and it was an extra charge but had they understood what I wanted they could have made me a better deal on the purchase??? So I guess buying local wasn't the best idea if you are buying from Bobby Teague! I should have went to Lowe's or Home depot, or sent the new refrigerator...
Read morePurchased 3 appliances from Bobby Teague about 12-1/2 years ago and remembered having a very satisfactory experience so, when the washing machine we bought back then finally broke down, this seemed to be the logical place to go. Happily I can report as great a service as we got back then! Upon entry we were immediately greeted. They do require customers to wear a face covering as mentioned in another review and we entered wearing ours (I think this is actually a good policy). Assistance was offered and we said we wanted to look around. We were given all the time we wanted and allowed to take quite a long time - every so often we were politely asked if we had any questions and we would ask a couple then just go back to trying to decide without any sales pressure at all (exactly how I like to shop!). Once we made a decision our order was written up and, since our choice was in stock, we were able to schedule a delivery date which was sooner than I expected we could get. Delivery and setup/installation (plus removal of the old washer) was accomplished by a courteous, competent and careful delivery team who are employees of Bobby Teague. Working with Bobby Teague RD Appliances has been a completely...
