I first visited Schiffman's earlier this year with a passel of watches that were in various states of disrepair or not working, Christine greeted me with a smile and a laugh when I opened the case containing a dozen watches or so-she didn't bat an eye despite the fact I hadn't purchased them locally and she gave me a straight forward and honest opinion regarding the cost analysis and time required if I chose to pursue some of the more extensive antique repairs that would require an off site third party specialist. A majority of the items had belonged to my parents, both of whom passed in 2021 so the care and compassion that Christine showed me was much appreciated.

Like most people I have experienced lacklustre customer service- in stores where the assumption was made at a glance or following a request similar to the one I arrived with-having concluded my business wasn't going to prove particularly profitable; however, Christine Mesquitee and each of her co-workers present that day (and in all the days since) displayed the polar opposite of that approach, their professionalism, courtesy and warmth make every visit delightful. Genuinely enthusiatic about their wares (who wouldn't be-I haven't seen anything that falls below the standard of exquisite) and finding the right fit for their clients, extensively knowledgeable about the pieces they carry and willing to go the extra mile to ensure you leave excited and confident about your purchase...and if you are anything like me planning your return visit before you've exited the parking lot.

I'm so grateful Schiffman's was recommended to me by my best friend and that Christine was the person who (for better or worst as I am a bit extra) found herself in my crosshairs and has taken extraordinary care of me ever since. I had a phenomenal experience purchasing a new Omega watch from Mike at Schiffman’s. As an avid collector, it was immediately apparent to me that Mike has extensive knowledge about luxury time pieces and really knows his stuff. While I was pretty sure of what I wanted when I walked into the store, Mike took the time to show me other models for side-by-side comparison so that I could make a fully informed decision. He even let me look at some different pieces because he knew I would appreciate and enjoy it. We had fun just chatting about our watches and exchanging opinions. I received friendly and efficient service with zero pressure and a competitive price. What more can you ask for? I have purchased new and preowned time pieces online and from other jewelers but there is absolutely no substitute for the expertise and personalized treatment you will receive from Mike at Schiffman’s. My experience with Schiffman’s Jewelers was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Mindy, and she truly made the entire process of finding the perfect engagement ring easy and enjoyable. From the very beginning, she showed a genuine interest in my engagement, not just the sale, which meant a lot to me.

Mindy went above and beyond to help me find the right ring. At one point, she even offered on the spot to travel from the Winston-Salem location to the Greensboro store so I could compare a diamond with others in their collection. That level of dedication and flexibility really stood out.

She was also incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I had all the time and space I needed to make a decision I felt completely confident about. Her communication was also top-notch. She kept me informed at every step, which helped ease any stress along the way.

In the end, I found the perfect ring, and my fiancé absolutely loves it! Mindy also helped us get the ring resized seamlessly in less than two days. So professional and efficient.
