My wife and I were shopping for groceries last night at the Hanes mill Walmart, upon entering the store immediately we were targeted and followed by staff and security they openly and falsely accused us of stealing, remind you we just started groceries shopping, so we proceeded to check out and ring up our food/items and they froze the system preventing me from paying still accusing us of stealing, humiliating us in front of customers,it was emotional and unprofessional. They proceeded to tell us that we needed to go to the register to re-Bag and scan every item reminding you we had over $200 worth of groceries and at this point I'm baffled and beyond pissed so we decided we no longer wanted to give Walmart our business so I grabbed 6propane tanks that I had in my cart went to a different self check out and rang up the items and payed for the propane, and again they froze the system, so I'm standing there waiting for an associate to unfreeze the computer so I could get my change back. She looked aggravated that I paid and tried telling me that I needed to go to customer service to ring up my Items. She then hands me my receipt and I grabbed my money and started to leave but not before another employee takes it upon herself to check my bags if propane like I stole something but I was beyond upset at this point and to top it off the security is a joke 🤣🤣🤣 also they followed me outside and started harassing my wife and I all the way to our car, trying to tell me I stole a propane tank. Due to his incompetents) hints why he's probably a security guard no offense but probably wasn't cut out for a real cop, smh anyways so the security guard was unprofessional, and acting outside his capacity and was just down right rude and violated my civil rights and human rights, Walmart your workers need to be properly trained how to deal with the public and learn customer care because the entire process was absurd and embarrassing for...
Read moreThis pharmacy is such a disappointment. They are consistently understaffed and refuse to keep medications in stock, even when repeat customers have them filled every month. Their online system is buggy at best and consistently malfunctions at worst, making customers get behind on prescriptions and waste gas to get to a facility they are just going to have to return to again and again to get the medicines they need. Kristen and Yan are extremely rude, feeling that they can treat customers any sort of way and then both seem shocked when they get any sort of attitude back. They offered to do a flu shot and there was no copay due to my insurance, so I got a very quick and painless flu shot.
