I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had with Beth, John, and TJ at Beverly Hills Jewelry.
My engagement ring originally came from Kay Jewelers 20 years ago. After breaking a prong, anoit 5-6 years ago I sent it in under warranty, only for the UPS driver to steal my ring while it was being shipped. Kay’s did give me double the value in-store credit to replace it, but after that experience, I truly didn’t think I would ever trust a jeweler again.
A friend referred me to TJ, to have my ring checked a couple years later and although I was hesitant, I decided to go. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed, their knowledge, professionalism, and the fact that they have an on-site jeweler (your items NEVER leave their premisis) immediately set them apart. Most importantly, they treated me like a person, not just another number. They genuinely cared about me and my story. When I go in they ask about my kids, family, ect they take the time to get to know their clients and actually care.
I had them solder my wedding band, engagement ring, and anniversary band together, but my anniversary band (from Kay’s) wasn’t up to their standards. They were honest with me…. they didn’t feel comfortable letting me leave with a ring that wasn’t top quality. TJ personally called me to apologize and explained that they wanted to make it perfect. They knew how important it was for me not to be without my rings, so they soldered my wedding band and engagement ring together first and let me come pick it up, then completely recast my anniversary band to meet their standards.
When it was ready, they called me to come in and have it joined with the others and here’s the part that really blew me away — they never charged me a single extra penny other than the original quote for the rings being joined together.
They went above and beyond simply because they cared about me and understood everything I had already gone through with Kay’s.
When I say this jeweler is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced, I am not exaggerating. Their honesty, craftsmanship, and genuine compassion are unmatched. I will never, and I mean NEVER step into another jeweler for anything again.
Do yourself a favor and go see Beth, John, or JT. Everyone there has been great but I do have...
Read moreI was shopping around for a new wedding band for my wife and a friend suggested I visit John at Beverly Hills Jewelry and I am so happy I did!!! The service there was absolutely exceptional as well was the beautiful ring they found for me. I went into this purchase expecting to spend a few thousand if not a little more but I got EXACTLY what my wife wanted for a lot less then I expected. This is a neighborhood small business and I was so happy to be able to support local business while dealing with a complete gentleman John. He took the time with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted, made sure what I was getting would work with my wife's engagement ring and existing wedding band and when I wanted to spend more money he stopped me. If I would have gone any bigger the ring would have been uncomfortable and just not look as good in a larger size. Any other person would have just went with it and had me spend another $1500+ just to upsell me but not John, he sold me exactly what I needed and wanted. My wife absolutely LOVES the ring so much and I loved it so much I couldn't wait until our anniversary to give it to her. Thank you John, man to man you did the right thing for me and not only have you earned a customer for life I will continue to spread the word about you, your business and your fantastic staff at Beverly Hills. Thank you, thank you,...
Read morePlease do not sell your gold jewelry to them. They will fool you. Jack said something but owner said something else. Owner is very rude. He did not want to explain how he came up with that number? Do not trust them.
I do not agree with the response. You know it very well that you mislead me- first time telling me 15% and second time 20% of the gold value. No gold prices were written on paper I was given and not all items were accounted for. You could have explained to me your position and we could have worked something out but you were very disrespectful and there has been no apology for your behavior. This was my first time selling gold jewelry and I trusted the system. There was NO account of pearls and the diamonds! Two rings were not weighed and one item was missing from the first document. How would you feel if that was done to you? Even in grocery store, every little things is put in the receipt and here we were dealing with gold jewelry. You did not want to explain me how you came up with that number and said I needed to go to school like you did for me to understand it! You have to explain to your clients and answer all their questions.
It bother me everyday that you fooled me and I regret to have sold the...
