El Sabor De La Vida — Restaurant in Winter Garden

This is an easy five stars for a taco truck. I bought three chicken tacos, one quesadilla taco, and ten steak tacos and paid all told like 30 dollars. I was expecting the quesadilla taco to be one of those flat flour tortilla deals but it was actually a crunchy taco with cheese and lettuce. Seems like something that would be nice to know if you haven’t been here before. Besides that though, the tacos are absolutely delicious. The tortilla is supple and tastes freshly made. Truly, a detail that is rare to see done not just well but excellently. The cilantro and onion are fresh and the limes were juicy. Truly I have nothing to criticize. Everything was perfect down to the minor details. The meats are delicious and the green and red sauces are savory and balanced. Both are about the same level of spicy I’d say about the same as a spicy sriracha.

Very authentic. Food is spot on and delicious. Price is absolutely perfect. The flavors are kind but still seasoned well so you can appreciate each dish. Definitely a perfect Taco Truck/Food Truck night run for anyone. Staff is friendly and speaks both Spanish and English. And don’t be afraid to practice a little Spanish, they are patient. No los recomiendo, son personas mal habladas sin etica ni educación que no saben tratar un cliente olvidando que el exito de un negocio se logra por la satisfacción de un cliente que invita a otro.

Compre ayer una quesadilla cual tamaño literalmente como para un bebe. Al reclamar no te dejan hablar y luego te echan del lugar. Mostranto una nota que de noche no se puede apreciar y pienso que lo hacen con la intención premeditada de no poerder dinero de un cliente que reclama. Luego tomaron mi plato me lo quitaron y lo tirar a la basura le reclamo que me lo devuelva porque pague por el y la respuesta por ordenes del departamento de salud no pueden.

Soy dueña de negocio tambien y creo en la importancia de escuchar al cliente, una respuesta arrogante es una imagen horrible. Ahi la importante de adquirir coaching y trabajar el caracter. Ni lo recomiendo ni vuelvo y aunque tengo claro que la vida se encarga de hacer justicia lo dejo para que otras personas no pasen por la misma horrible experiencia.
