Deeply Coffee Company — Restaurant in Winter Garden

We went to try out the coffees since they looked pretty good from the pictures and they did not disappoint. We had the lemon merengue latte and the dreamsicle matcha latte, both seasonal drinks. They were really refreshing perfect for a summery drink! 10/10 would recommend and buy again.

The interior space is very nicely decorated; however, there is nothing to buff out sound and it feels like you’re at a bar. It feels very loud and you can hear everyone speaking at once, the beverages being made, and the cart being moved around to collect drinks. My husband and I had to raise our voices multiple times or repeatedly get closer to each other just to be able to communicate. Not a place to relax and a have a good coffee, but rather if you want to sit and work on some stuff or hang out with friends and have chats.

The parking space is a whole another issue, there is very little to no parking here. We had to park in the side of the street - which is still under construction- just to try to access the plaza in which Deeply is located.

I would strongly suggest management to provide menus or have a visible board with the drinks and prices. As of the date of this review, you can only see the menu when you’re at the register.

What I got to-go (sadly) but still impressed by the whole process. I got the seasonal carrot cake latte (Half sweet) with oat milk. I was surprised it didn't taste a much carrot cake as I thought I would. (was hoping id have the cake in the drink..ha). The drink was hot enough.

Environment This is located on the west side of Orlando. This is their second location. Located in a fairly new plaza along with a greens place, Pilates, boba. It is like the perfect little morning to bunch/lunch location. The parking can get a little pack I can imagine cause it is fairly small... The inside was very nicely decorated. I love the cozy feeling. I can enjoy my coffee!

Dollar Coffee has gotten expensive... it was like a mean honestly... The milk swap costs.. it was around $7 for the drink... and if you include tip.. ya..

I was excited for this new location to open since I've been to their downtown location and enjoyed the vibe and drinks. Each time I've come here though, it's always packed. Most recent visit took almost 30 minutes to order and receive my latte. Because it's so packed, it's hard to find a space to park or even a place to sit, as this shop is much smaller than their other location. Though it's great they have so much demand, it impacts the customer experience greatly.

I wouldn't stay here to study or work due to all the over-stimulation. I've also asked each time to add less syrup to my blueberry matcha latte. It's a very simple request but they are either too busy to notice or it's not noted on the order. I had to ask the barista if she can make another drink with less syrup as she was making it. She made a face and she dumped it instead of just making another drink. I don't want to waste their resources but there needs to be a better way to make sure drinks are made according to the...
