They advertise 6 different "sushi donut" options but apparently only offer TWO of them at this location, likewise the sushi pizza is not available here either, and those were the main draws I had for coming to check this place out... I find this pretty absurd, imagine going to a McDonald's and they say "oh sorry, the Big Mac is only available at some locations, and we don't serve McGriddles here either, check our website to figure out what is served where"... and this is trying to be a franchise?! You have got to be kidding me.
Interior felt as empty as a car sales room with no cars in it; literally totally empty room with some xmas lights, a tree thing, a few posters on the walls, and like 6-7 tables kind of chaotically all over the place with no rhyme, reason, or consistency.
Not a single person that was sitting here eating looked even the slightest bit happy or amused, they all seemed to share the same look of disappointment that I had when I finally got my food, a full half-hour later after ordering it.
Ginger miso salad is FALSELY advertised and looks NOTHING like the picture; it is NOT provided in a bowl it is on a plate you barely get a few shreds of lettuce (turning BROWN at that), cabbage and carrots, and a near invisible layer of ginger dressing, for $5+ when the salad provided is not even on par with the FREE salads served at other dedicated sushi restaurants all around Orlando.
Crispy Chicken Nachos, at about $8 is mostly worth it, but once again looks NOTHING like the picture, which implies a plate LOADED with avocado and chicken with just a little bit of wontons on top... nope, more than half the bowl was just wonton noodles with barely any chicken.
Poke bowls: Not terrible, but the price needs to come way down; you can only pick one protein for some reason, for $15, that's $2-3 more than Bento which also has a superior selection of toppings... including Cream Cheese as a FREE topping, but here it was $1.25 extra just to add a total of 6x half-inch cubes of cream cheese.
Water was available from a pour-it-yourself dispenser and was pretty much empty except for some ice in the bottom of it, and men's restroom had NO toilet paper, so they do not keep on top of restocking things very well...
Water you are expected to pour yourself.
Drinks you have to get yourself from a fridge.
Food you pay for and need to come to the counter to pick up yourself.
Toilet paper well, I dunno, bring your own?
But yet: their kiosk asks for a tip? A TIP? ARE YOU ABSOLUTELY JOKING WITH ME RIGHT NOW?
I'm also fairly certain I did not hear the sink turn on before one of the cooks -- who by the way, they do not wear gloves when preparing food either -- came out of the restroom... the restroom which, again, had no toilet paper... so, yeah, you go ahead and put two and two together on your own with this one.
Suffice to say, I will NOT be going back to this location, they have a LOT to learn about how to operate as a franchise, every menu option should be available at every location, simple things like water and toilet paper need to be kept refilled, get rid of your LAZY, GOOD FOR NOTHING, and UNSANITARY staff if they can't even do this especially the ones that DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS, AND DON'T WEAR GLOVES, WHILE WORKING ON FOOD THAT NEEDS TO BE SCULPTED BY HAND!
The $5 salad should be FREE, but with the quality of what was provided I think it might as well not even be served at all, even for a FREE salad I don't think anybody wants to eat BROWN LETTUCE WITH A FEW DROPS OF SALAD DRESSING ON IT!
I'd make some recommendations here about which things to order for a good quality to value ratio, but frankly, I don't think anybody should go here... if you do, and you don't see EVEN ONE SINGLE ASIAN PERSON working in an ASIAN FOOD ESTABLISHMENT... that should be you first clue to WALK...
Read moreCame in to eat with my family yesterday and was greeted with friendly staff, even the cleaning guy, which I later found out was named Sam, he was very warm as soon as we walked in.
The menu is very unique and the food was very well prepped and delicious 😋. My whole family enjoyed their meals. It was the first time we all ate Poke.
As we were eating , I tend to notice things( small things) since I am the GM of a restaurant myself in Metro West, Sam the cleaning guy was such a hard worker and he was cleaning literally everything, Our restaurant has been looking for guys like him and if he wasn't already with you guys , he would be snatched up in a heartbeat, the whole lobby and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and tidy. So Kudos to you Sammy
The food I must say is wonderful and me and my family will starting to come more often. My husband works in Big time advertising for local restaurants and businesses, we may see about coming to help advertise your place!!!
I've been known to be a chatter box so I'll finish up . I Give this Restaurant 5 stars because that's all it allowed me to give :)
Much praise and respect to the owners of this Resturant!!!!!!!
Let me know if I can steal your employee "Sam" hahaha.
All the staff were exceptional, especially the front 2 employees who took our order , much respect to them as well !!!!

Read moreI had the pleasure of dining at this fabulous new restaurant on a bustling Saturday evening, and let me tell you, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with exceptional customer service that truly set the tone for the evening.
I order of crispy brussels sprouts that were so delectably prepared, even my son, who’s usually not a fan of brussels sprouts, couldn’t resist devouring the entire dish! The spicy tuna nachos were a creative twist, blending the best of both worlds with their perfect balance of heat and crunch. The Ramen was comforting and flavorful, a perfect bowl of goodness.
But the star of the show was the dynamite bowl. It was an explosion of flavors and textures that tantalized my taste buds. The freshness of the ingredients shone through in every bite, and the balance of flavors was impeccable.
What truly made the experience memorable was not just the outstanding food, but the vibrant atmosphere. I am already planning my next visit! If you’re looking for fresh, balanced, and downright delicious poke options, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of...
