If you're a decent person. Save yourself a trip to this store. This people will treat you poorly. They use bad language. And they'll curse at every customer after they leave the store loudly. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
On top of that they'll lie to your face. I went there after they told me I could switch up 4 lines for $100 for UNLIMITED data. My first question was, At some point do I experience reduced speeds if I use certain amount of GBs? And their answer was NOT AT ALL. Guess what? My first month and I received the message saying that I was already at 33GB and after 35GBs I'd experience reduced speed data. Completely misleading.
Not only that but after setting up the account, my next statement was $120 and when I asked about the $100 "offer" their answer was that "the plan had just increased" and that "after 90 days it'll go down to the $100/mo". THEY DIDN'T KNOW. I had to call customer service so They could fix it (after 30min on the phone with them). Such a headache.
Lastly, they charged me $165 at the store and they couldn't provide me with a receipt stating that the printer was not working. They couldn't even send an email receipt. PLEASE, DO NOT GO...
