Wow! The flower arrangement that I ordered from Winter Garden in Bloom for my mom’s birthday is gorgeous! It is full of so many different textures, colors and combination of elegant flowers and greenery. I send my mom flowers every year and this was the first year she called me right away to let me know how spectacular they look. I called WGIB the day before to confirm that they could deliver the next day to Clermont and Rachel was so nice, super efficient and helpful. She asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and the arrangement she delivered far exceeded expectations. She texted me a photo of the arrangement and I was so impressed. She personally delivered the flowers to my mom and made her feel special on her birthday. I contacted this florist earlier this week requesting five (different types of) arrangements containing some unique flowers. I spoke to Rachel and told her what I needed and explained I needed it on short notice since it was for Saturday. This was for a funeral service and I wanted it to be perfect. She took the time to talk to me and explain what she would be able to do. She was able to provide me the most beautiful floral arrangements that I could have asked for. I was looking for a last minute bouquet of flowers for a special event and did not want just run of the mill flowers. Had stopped by/called a couple florist and they would not give me day of flowers. Googled florist around me and Winter Garden in Bloom popped up. I called and discussed what I was looking for and the owner said come on in and we can work together to create a bouquet, I was so excited to hear that. By the time I had gotten to her shop she had put together a beautiful bouquet that was exactly what I was looking for, even used flowers that had special meaning for my event that she had no idea about before hand!!
