I am sorry to give such a low rating because they did fantastic work with my wife's tattoo, but lack in customer service. My wife spoke to about getting two small tattoos and they said that you have to pay up front,not too big of a problem, but after my wife got the first tattoo she decided that she was satisfied with just one and notified them that she did not want the second they then said okay but there will be no refund for the second tattoo , which I would understand if the tattoo was already done but considering they have not even started I don't quite understand why they can't refund the fee for the second tattoo which has not been rendered. They did not have anything posted at the desk nor did they mention anything of this to my wife before she paid just boom here's a surprise we charge for things even when we don't offer the service to you. So I guess my review to others to be cautious with places like this is to ask questions, be one hundred percent positive in what you want to do because there are such thing as crooks in business and they are one of them. I seen a few bad reviews but I thought that maybe each situation was different but the reviews are try these people are extremely rude!! I was greeted kindly but short after I showed my tattoo I wanted covered up I was made fun of and laughed at by the people that worked at the shop and I came in with a picture I had drawn up for me & they threw my picture away because THEY thought it was "UGLY" after they refused to do my cover up the girl at the counter refused to get my picture out of the garbage can ... after I argued with her for a little bit she gave it back .... I'm a dancer and my body is honestly a work of art so I am honestly happy that they did not have a chance to use me as advertisement because I would NEVER recommend someone to this place AT ALL..please read all the reviews this place is honestly not even worth it.. no matter how good there work is you should always treat people with kindness ... you never know...

I've been going here for a year now. Everyone does some amazing work and is fun to be around. So far I am 8 tattoos and 5 piercings in (: Caity is fantastic! She has great energy and has a way of making you feel very comfortable. She has done my nipples, nose, tragus, and septum piercings. All of my tattoos from this shop have been done by Jose. He is so good that I don't think I have left lately without having another appointment booked. I haven't had work by Tyler but his art that is all throughout the shop is incredible!
