Went in today and had a horrible experience! Had I not found the perfect gift, I would have walked out. They had 3 women working one register and the wait was ridiculous. I had one item I really wanted that had no price. I tried to get the attention of the 2 women not on a register to get help. One ignored me, the other dismissed me not once but twice. I had to go back and look for something similar. That was no fun after already standing in line for at least 15 minutes. I returned and got in line again. Which was now much longer and still not moving. To top it all off, the woman in front of me got out of line and went shopping more for what looked like a stack of baby clothes. After being gone around 10 to 25 minutes, she came back and shoved her cart past everyone in line to where she was! Rude and entitled! I will NEVER go back. So the cashier Ellie said I have to go look for a price if you want these ( we wanted or we wouldn't have brought them to register) so really she didn't want to be bothered . :( So she came back a few min later and got some fall decorative place mats ( in season) for 12.99 so I had found these heart plastic ones a year ago and paid 8.99 .. so she was not happy she had to go look for a price so she said they are 12.99 do you still want them ( in a not so happy tone):( how sad . People just don't like having to work anymore and customers are being treated this way so I blame management. Going the extra step makes sales and makes happy repeat customers. Read moreThis morning on 09/03/2025 I purchased a pair of black pants and a black blouse. I thought that the male that had rang up my purchases had put the receipt in the bag with my items. He did NOT. I called to see if I could go back and get the receipt tomorrow and the manager told me that she couldn’t do that.
